Over an hour to check in Dirty glasses left out in front of our door , and dirty sheets Window left open

Enjoyed the hotel, it's a long walk down the Magnificent Mile but still a great location across from the park and near so many restaurants. The onsite restaurant is very good.

The Hilton has a great location for visiting museums and shopping. The room was way over priced. It was small, had a window with a view of the roof, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, bathroom door handle had a loose screw and soap was rationed.

Perfect location for us. Directly across from the Millennium Park area and within 10 minute walking distances of both the Blue Line and Metra trains. There is a FedEx Office onsite for printing and shipping. The hotel is beautiful with brass doors, rich woods and opulent paintings. The rooms are nice and clean- a little on the small side. Good fitness area. Lots of eating options- all good. Staff is courteous and very helpful.

Kitty Osheas was great. The convenience of having a cafe to get breakfast was nice. Plenty of elevators so it was quick to get to your room.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do in Chicago. We were able to walk everywhere.

Initially, as our room faced west, overlooking the 'Loop' trains which were obviously running constantly and very noisy, it was disturbing. However, as we got used to it, it was acceptable, and did not bother us too much! The hotel has a great history, and is really very impressive. The breakfast/brunch selection was a real treat!

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a great view. Choose this hotel because the location was close to family.

Clean, historic hotel. Close to public transit, easy walk to museum campus, Maggie Daley Park, Millenium Park. Very pleased with our choice for a quick getaway with our two young kids.

This hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and located in a lovely area with beautiful old buildings across from a park, close to Lake Michigan. The staff were very helpful and polite. We and even got a complimentary upgrade to a slightly better room. The room was very modern and the beds were super comfortable. The air conditioning system was very quiet. There were two sets of blinds on the windows-light blocking and transparent. Transportation options to the hotel from the airport were easy. We used a shuttle bus to the hotel and the subway on the return to the airport. The hotel is located within walking distance of many attractions and public transportation to others was easy and cheap. In the evenings, we walked to restaurants for dinner. It's a bustling area with many tourists and felt safe.

Our room had water leak... But they upgraded us to a nicer room with a way better view so it all worked out

elevetor was so slow I wait elevetor over 5 min morning

Very attentive to your needs. Maintenance came within minutes to fix air conditioning.

This was the worst Hilton I ever stayed in. Dark dreary room at end of labyrinthine corridors. Horrible 70's era decoration in elevator lobby. The room smelled intensely of industrial cleaning products. Hilton's off my list.

Annually, I send my husband and son to Chicago without me. Neither are really good with rolling with the punches. The staff was exceptionally helpful and because the room I booked wasn't ready, upgraded their suites at no additional charge. I am eternally grateful for that experience.

The hotel was good. Only bad thing was the irish pub downstairs. I got a salad to take to my room. The have me a knife, no fork, and one tiny thing of dressing. Also they messed up my drink order while i waited for my food.

The hotel was nice but everything just felt old. Like visiting an old aunts house. The room was small, the shower was smaller, the Internet was slow, lights weren't bright in the room, walking to find dinner left us on the wrong side of Michigan ave. The staff was perfect and I could imagine this being a great fit for a lot of people, I'm just more a fan of open space and some more modern facilities.

Great location. Way too big bathroom and small sink and shower. Poor water pressure. Everything else ok. Should have free wifi in rooms too. Price is high should have this benefit.

Had a business trip and brought my family. It's pricey when you add in parking, paying for internet etc., but we come to expect that in the Windy City. Staff was very nice. Hotel was very clean. Convenient dining options and everything else you'd need. Good location. My big complaint is the internet. Premium was $18 and wasn't all that reliable and it said you could connect three devices but always told me I hadn't upgraded the bandwidth when I tried to connect our phones/ipad. Everything else was great.
