With the exception of being in downtown Chicago and all the city noise that accompanies, this was the quietest hotel I’ve ever been in. And they were booked! Awesome and the property was spotless.

The hotel is very cute and affordable. It has a nice seafood restaurant attached that also serves breakfast. The location is perfect, right off of Michigan Ave and I loved that all the shopping and restaurants were so close. Starbucks was a block away! My only issue is that the windows are not sound proof. I could hear sirens, cars peeling out, and people shouting at all times of the night. I’ve stayed at hotels in busier areas, but you couldn’t hear street noise. Other than that, I probably would choose this hotel again.

The bathroom was dirty (toilet seat was visibly not cleaned) and the carpet was stained. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable-overall the location is good but the hotel is not clean and could really use some attention.

Good but needs some improvement, don't let them convince you to cancel uber for a taxi. Not all perks were mentioned. Beautiful museum, iron in room did not work. But still great just pick rooms carefully and be sure front desk agents aren’t running game for cab drivers/not mentioning all perks.

The first impression was good, but the basic water and service conditions were not good.. The coffee maker shown in the picture and the bathroom were leaking and there was no vent, so it was stuffy.

Upon arrival checking our room. I found blood stains on the pillow case. It took about an hour for house keeping to come and change it but she was very friendly. We also got stuck on the elevator luckily someone from another floor called the elevator so it could open. The lobby area was beautiful and clean but the rooms were just basic
