I paid for my stay in full online only to be told I owed for a hotel fee that they wouldnt take in cash and my debit card was compromised so I had to charge the fee on my credit card. The young man had no explanation as to why the fee wasnt charged when I paid in full. I will never stay there again

The hallways were dirty with used bed sheets sitting on the ground. Garbage sitting bagged in allways. Noise at all hours of the night. Staff were not in any kind of uniform so wasn't even sure if they person at front desk was part of the hotel. Lobby was dirty and pictures were not representative of the property

Staff was great, very friendly. Cleanliness of room not so great, sheets were dirty and found a visitor under the lamp. Breakfast food was good! Overall an average place to stay if you are looking for a bed for the night and food the next morning.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, free breakfast met needs and expectations. Hotel just felt dirty, stained sheets and carpet, and fitted sheet would not stay on mattress despite every attempt to have it do so, so we slept mainly directly on the mattress topper.

I was amazed at check-in when I had prepaid my stay, and I was required to pay additional fees at check-in. "Destination fee" I was told. Has anyone else ever had this experience? The carpet in the room actually had stains that my feet stuck to. The bathroom was dirty, fan did not work, just everything about the stay was really poor. Highly disappointed with this property.

Ok , one day near airport. I wanted to print out boarding pass, I got online to print and they had NO PRINTER attached. I asked counter person does the computer print to his automatic. NO but if you email the info then they could print it out?????????? I didn't do it but got it on my phone and I was set to go. The hotel NEEDS a MAJOR overhaul inside the hallways. The carpet must be the original. It needs to be replaced. The breakfast menu needs additional items added.

great hotel for the price
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean. The only critique of the room was it was worn. The carpet was shredding at one place and was sketchy looking. The cabinets were scratched up, and the bathroom was very worn out. On the plus side it came with an excellent shower, frig and in room coffee maker.

Front desk staff were awesome. That’s the only positive I can say. The hotel itself is run down. The room was shabby, smelled musty and was pretty dirty. Hallways and carpets were really bad too
