It took over 30 min to check on. Room cleaning was still happening at 7:30 PM The facility is worn. A long black hair appeared in the sink while neither of us have that hair color!

I loved how friendly the staff was and the updates that were made. However, I was confused by the quality of the building itself. There are beautiful granite counter tops and updated furniture, yet chunks of the wall/carpet missing.

Just was not what I was expecting not up to date elevator dirty carpet in hall way need replacing .

This particular hotel was very outdated to the point over over painting onto split wood entry doors. After two attempts to gain entry into our room I simply asked for a cancelation. The hotel appears nice on the outside but from the service desk on it was horrible. If the front entrance service area looks like this... I was afraid what the actual room was to be.....I didn't even want to see. Do we left went over to Comfort stay and it was nice..... really nice

This carpet was filthy! The hotel was not kept up. There was a pull out sofa sleeper without any linens. The room was too small for 4 people.

Very satisfied! Clean rooms, low cost, and great staffing.

Seemed like they had a recent renovation. Everything was Covid safe and clean. Great spot for a one night stay right outside of Charleston. Only problems were minor. Shower made loud noise and a few channels on TV worked by no volume. Both minor inconvenience.

the breakfast, self serve was quite adequate and had a variety of foods to choose from. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. Even though the housekeeping staff was friendly their work was inadequate. The floors were dirty, in part to the dinky vacuum that they were using.Also when they were to replenish the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and towels it was like they were having to pay for it out of their own pocket. We were there for 5 days and I had to call housekeeping to get additional towels, and hair conditioner/shampoo... they answered my phone call and said that they would be right there but never showed up and I had to go down to the front desk to get all that I needed. I had to go to the front desk an additional time on a different day for hair conditioner and towels. Also once I stopped housekeeping as they were cleaning another room and asked them for lotion. The bathrooms were TINY... so tiny that two people could not be in there at one time. The shower, when standing in it would creak because it was not fully adhered to the supporting deck of the shower and the baseboard tile was broken in several areas and the bathroom door stuck. The beds were okay as were the pillows. The air conditioner was LOUD.... Initially I thought it was a semi-truck running **we were on the second floor. It was conveniently located to stores and the interstate. I would NOT stay there again!!!

The room was very nice and I slept like a baby. The staff were ver pleasant and they have a great breakfast’

It was the perfect location close to college of Charleston and near shopping

Nice staff. This location is close to everything and easy to find.

This is an awesome place to stay. Our only problem was with Orbitz. They did not receive our reservation from them. Fortunately, I had brought along our confirmation numbers from Orbitz and the hotel took care of getting us a room for the same price. That was our only glitz!
