The beds were comfortable but the overall quality was terrible. No vending machines were working, no ice available on my floor. This franchise should be not be able to co tinue to represent Wingate!

The room was clean but the common areas were filthy. The carpet in the hallway was almost black with dirt and apparently had never been cleaned. It was unbelievable.

Overall it was a bad stay. They are saying the hotel is remodeled when it’s not or not done. Doors flying open from being unhinged. Elevator only worked when you manually closed the door. Rooms are noisy because of old equipment. Like a/c units. I feel that my money was just taken from me.

The check in staff seemed to be bothered I was there. Asked if I drove....that should have been a clue. This is a 'locals' hotel and is an embarrassment to the franchise. Pool was comically green with stuff floating in it. My room smelled like decomp and had a dehumidifier in it. I didn't even bother to complain, seeing the staff it wouldn't have mattered. If it were a cheaper price I would understand, it was just frustrating after a long day of work to check into that place. My company will now use the hotel next door.

Booked this hoping to spend some time at the pool which ended up being closed when we arrived. I asked the staff to credit me or give a partial refund due to this and they agreed. However, the refund was never issued to my knowledge. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Our kid said he Liked Everything.

The staff was very helpful and kind. It was a great value

I liked nothing about this property. The staff at the desk the Friday evening we check in were extremely rude.

5:45 AM grinding sound from dehumidifier woke everyone up. People speaking loudly in hallways at midnight. Grout in the shower had mold. Carpets where dirty and not vacuumed. Will not be staying there again

The Room was perfectly clean and spacious. Just about every other aspect was subpar for a Wyndham associated property. The check in was lengthy and drawn out. The approach to the elevators featured red mud stained carpet and dim lighting. You had to work your way around portable dehumidifiers (That had the look of being long term applications) to find neither the ice machine on the floor booked, 3rd, nor second floor worked requiring you to go down to the first floor to get some ice. The staffing apparently was instructed to not restock towels and toiletries to the original state furnished when we received the room. Even extending a day was not as simple as booking another day... "Oh, you booked third party so you have to go to the third party to extend." Really? You don't know if the room is booked for tomorrow? You don't have the means to book a room as a stand alone? When you get the booking from the third party and ask for a new key you are told you don't need it. You do. The staff there was pleasant but apparently not given to any requirement for volunteering anything above a minimum.... Simply not what we have come to expect from anything associated with Wyndham.
