You should refund my stay or grant a one day's lodgiing no charge. I checked In Thurs. The television formatting, the screen ratio viewing was malfuunction making the viewing very poor. I asked for help. The front desk manager came sand said she could do nothing. I said what about another room. She said no. i asked for the supervisor and she said no one was avaiable. She then left the room saying I could leave if I wanted. So I sat there all nite with poor tv viewing and a Wyndam property with no help.
The next morning I went to make coffee, there was only decaf in the room. I called front desk. they said gee we dont have any cafrienated coffee. I said let me get this right, this is a wyndam property and no coffee. She said yes the shipment was delayed. I asked for soneone to bring me a cup of coffee as I am disabled. 20 mins later and after another phone call someone appeared with one small coffee.
About the same time I got a text asking me when I was leaving.
Your company should be ashamed of this service and I cant believe Wyndam is associated with this property. I am very disappointed and feel very mush dis-served.
