New renovation is complete, updated pictures, book before we raise pricing, take advantage of great rates. Living area bumped out to make it more spacious, open and airy, neutral and light color palette, freshly redone kitchen!
Fabulous and meticulously maintained, numerous updates grace this 2 bedroom, 2 bath top floor end unit. The neutral pallet for this sophisticated urban chic villa is nestled in the tree tops with a peaceful and serene setting. Premium grade and scratch resistant bamboo floors through out, except upgraded stone flooring in the entry way and kitchen, smooth ceilings are a few of the recent upgrades. The kitchen cabinets with custom stainless roll out shelving, bath vanities, and wet bar were all custom by a cabinet maker. Close to East Beach, Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary Hotel, & Roy Barth Tennis Center.

The spacious master has a comfy king bed, the second bedroom has a queen.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Lovely condo

This is a lovely condo and very well located to the Sanctuary and the tennis pavillion. The unit is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will look to book it again on our next family visit. Thank you

Overall booking was pretty straight forward, but the instructions for accessing the unit were not clear at all. There were several items in the unit that were broken (drain stoppers, and a leaky toilet). We expected better.

Very clean and centrally located

This condo was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It also had more seating on the patio than the photos show - seating for 6. It is a 10-15 min walk to the beach or 5 min bike ride. With the gear credit we got bikes and a bike cart which made the trip to the beach so easy! And the equipment was delivered before we arrived. Walkable to the Sanctuary and Heron market. Highly recommend this unit.
