Everything in the room was very old but orderly. However roaches were not expected or appreciated

Just a few appliances were broken. My food went bad from fridge being broke an I never got a discount.

Refrigerator was dirty and water leaking from the refrigerator and pieces of glass on coach bed.

I feel bad writing a negative review because the staff were so nice and friendly, but the overall state of the hotel and room was awful. I've never stayed in this type of hotel before, and I probably won't be doing so in the future. The room was hardly cleaned from the previous guests (floor barely vacuumed, stains on the walls, ripped sheets) there was an odor in the room that was unpleasant and all the breakfast was, was coffee, granola bars and oatmeal. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Didn't have a great time :(

If I could post picture I would black mold under bathroom sink. Pee around bottom of toilet dead bug in light fixtures no maid or anyone for that matter had cleaned the room properly in quite some time. The staff however were very friendly and helpful here.

The staff was amazing at this location. Our room had a large stain on the floor when we checked in along withfragments of unknown things on the floor, mostly normal carpet debris.

First day I checked in all was fine. 7Nov16 at 11pm room 322 had a party I was in room 320 and was trying to rest. Called the front desk advised of the situation and was told there was nothing that could be done. I left the room and slept in my truck that night. The other 2 nights were ok. Lots of smoke in passage at times from people cooking.

This was our first time at Extended Stay. The room was super clean and "roomy". We loved having all the comforts of home away from home.
