First day I checked in all was fine. 7Nov16 at 11pm room 322 had a party I was in room 320 and was trying to rest. Called the front desk advised of the situation and was told there was nothing that could be done. I left the room and slept in my truck that night. The other 2 nights were ok. Lots of smoke in passage at times from people cooking.

This was our first time at Extended Stay. The room was super clean and "roomy". We loved having all the comforts of home away from home.

WASNT EXPECTING MUCH JUST LOOKING FOR A CHEAP STAY BUT THIS PLACE WAS GREAT FOR THE PRICE

I stayed with my children and on the 1st night we found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed. After complaining to management they "cleaned" my room again. Later on in the stay we found a used CONDOM under the sofa bed mattress. The desk clerk was very nice but obviously the cleaning staff was poor. I will NEVER stay at this disgusting hotel again!!!!

Internet works pretty well at this conveniently located hotel, bed was comfortable, and the coffee was not too bad, but other than that, I don't think it's anything special. Carpets needed cleaning. Obviously there had been a flood under the vanity in the bathroom, never repaired. Cabinets are really old and not that clean inside. Room must have had a smoker in it more than once, vanity top burned from previous cigarettes being left on it. No papertowels, which for a place with kitchenette, it should have had. Staff was not unfriendly, just not particularly friendly. Place is dark and dingy as a whole. If I don't have to stay there again, I won't.

The room was nice and had everything we needed. The staff was very nice. The only bad part was our microwave did not work and wouldnt be fixed until we checked out. But it was ok we had other was too cook and fix food. We would stay again!

Experience was good. We arrived very late (midnight) and staff was right there and very cheerful and helpful. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Not the best we have experienced. Rooms were a bit run down, breakfast was just a grab and go, no frills. For the price is was a place to stay, would not recommend using as there are plenty of better options in close vicinity of this Hotel.

So good I'll return. Close to I-26, food, shopping, and airport.

Room was clean, in good condition, and felt safe. I'll be back. Rates were the best available.

Good. Weather was too chilly to swim in their pool.

Good. New employee had some difficulties, but will become experienced soon.

apart from the odour coming from the carpet everything was working fine including AC, refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, TV and in general was clean enough..

All I have to say is I would never stay in this place again. And I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Over all the stay was good, would suggest having more towels and more kitchen items, plates and silver wear. When you have two adults and a baby, more towels are needed. The staff was very helpful and nice. We plan to stay again on our next trip to South Carolina.

Our stay at StudioPlus was awful. It was very noisy on 3 out of 6 nights that we stayed. Every other night at 3 AM our sleep was interrupted by the circus above us. We complained 3 times, and each time we were told that it would be reported to the manager. But nothing was ever done about it, and on 2 occassions they claimed that no one told them. I had to get to meetings at 8 AM , and was often sleepy during them. I was told by one of the staff people that no one else complained and then she tells me that others have said that it sounds like a trampoline is over their heads. Then she went on to tell me that it was a group of constructions workers up there. Which made sense, home at 3 AM, noisy until 6 AM. We requested to have our room moved, but no others were available. I was very upset with the whole thing, we stayed because we could not afford to leave (other hotels were much more expensive). We will not use them again.

We chose this room as a more reasonable alternative to the expensive downtown hotels in Charleston. It was a reasonable distance away though the traffic was bad on Friday afternoon. We also like the suite (kitchen included) feature. The room was basic and clean. There was no sofa as shown in the pictures but there was a recliner. It was noisy with kids jumping upstairs and yelling in the parking lot and talking in the halls late at night. But the jumping stopped with a request. It is a decent but not luxurious room for a night. Does have a full kitchen and microwave and 2 of basic eating utensils. Pool is small, in corner of parking lot, very unappealing. Personnel were helpful.

I think the location is great - you're near wonderful restaurants and a great mall and just miles to Charleston. We stayed here b/c of the kitchen availability. I was disappointed to find only 1 fork and no pizza cutter but a pizza pan. If there would have been just a few more kitchen essentials it would have been fine. One other thing. When I went into the bathroom for the first time I found a dirty rag behind the door. Gross! The fitness center was fine but the room was so small there was no air circulating. It felt like the heat was on. Yikes!

Studio Plus was very quiet and kept clean. The room was a good size as well as the kitchenette area and dining table. Very close to everything, we walked to restaurants and the mall. I would stay there again.
