The property was clean and very nice. Not happy about being charged an early check-in fee of $50 to check in less then 2 hours before 3. But then to have my card charged twice and the front desk could not fix. I am having to follow up with the GM on Monday. Also had an additional charge for tge stay although I booked and paid through orbitz.
Pool was out of order. Fire alarm went off at 7:00 due to kitchen smoke….

I liked the hotel overall, but my room was so noisy and it was difficult to sleep. The air vents kept humming and wouldn’t shut off, there weee periodic loud clicks coming from my bathroom, and the smoke detector light kept flashing. Super distracting and difficult to sleep. But I did like that they remodeled the rooms which were clean, large and comfortable. The staff were friendly.
We booked queen size beds and got double too small for the size of people we have sleeping in them- think staff should leave towels at the door so guests don't have to run down twice a day- why not a continental breakfast for the price we pay

Clean and close to desired restaurants/ shopping. Rooms are well sized and staff helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was that the smoke detector had a flashing light and I'm a very light sleeper. So when changing sleep positions the flashing light was very obvious. However, I did appreciate the double shade option for the windows and the ability to dim the light on the clock. The room was very very nice! It was nice to see that there's no carpet on the floors. The room was very clean.
I really enjoyed this hotel and would stay there again. I like the way it is decorated and the location. The staff were kind and efficient.
