This place smelled like mold very strong odor throughout the entire building even in the room I couldn’t sleep from it I went to front desk and complained they said they could give me another room but they didn’t have any available

The front desk staff was not rude but definitely not friendly. And I found a roach in my room!

I stayed here a few years ago, and forgot about the damp, musty smell that seems to permeate the rooms. A decent place to stay for the money.

So average hotel for the price, asked for a plastic spoon at the front desk for our 7 yo daughter and was told no because it was after breakfast even though they definitely had them. I referred them to the sign stating in the elevator that if we needed anything to just ask and as it wasn’t an unreasonable request it appeared the desk staff could care less and would have required them to get up and get it! We didn’t push the issue as I was pretty shocked that such a small request couldn’t be met.

It was very clean and our room was very comfortable and larger then I thought. The staff was amazing. Excellent breakfast.

This hotel is in an excellent location. You can easily walk to the bridge from this location. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years with no problems. I’ve recently stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and the week of June 14, 2021. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional; however, the cleanliness of the rooms has completely changed for the worse. The staff no longer cleans your room daily due to the pandemic. This is fine if they do a deep cleaning once you leave. It’s obvious that this isn’t happening because I counted at least 5 different peoples hair in my room. Hair was everywhere. The refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned. The shower walls were dirty. There were stains on the sheets. (I really don’t like that guessing game.) The worst offense was the layer of froth in the pool which really sucked because it was 90 degrees outside. This will be my last stay at this location. There are ton of other hotels in the area.

Very disappointed. Room was filthy. A back to an earring was on the nightstand along with an extreme amount of dust. Floor had clumps of hair and a used hair tie. This was a total waste of money. On the bright side the gentleman working the front desk was pleasant.

Customer service was terrible. No towels at room and breakfast was not fresh. No coffee at breakfast.

This is a basic, economy hotel: no perks, no amenities, nothing extra. To its credit, though, its in a great location for popular attractions, restaurants, etc., and our room and bathroom were fairly clean.

Poor cleanliness almost inedible breakfast. No room cleaning service if you stayed more than one day we stayed three. Don't recommend would never stay there again

This is beautiful hotel in lovely location.reception staff very friendly.

We arrived later in the evening so decided to chill and relax while watching tv - well No as cable was out and we were not informed until after we called back to the front desk in frustration. Then when we went to shower the water barely turned warm so forget a hot shower. When we voiced our aggravation, the front desk was a bit sarcastic and offered not solution nor regret. All in all it was not a horrible experience; however, it was not a great at all either.

Easy to find and we were able to check in a little early to get ready for a wedding.

Breakfast dissapointing. (because virus?) chair removed from PC in lobby slow elevator

Employees were not wearing masks and there was an issue with a threatening guest at check-in that made both my family and the front desk agent very uncomfortable. 911 had to be called.

Good location near Ravenel Bridge. Harris Teeter and restaurants nearby.

It was ok........rating and price were in line for conditions though.....so all in all it was expected!!

Great location for Patriots Point. Spent one day there seeing attractions and Fort Sumter. 2nd at beach Isle of Palms, like 10 min drive. Room was nice, had 2 double bed and soft, plenty of room. Hotel was nice, nothing great. No breakfast due to COVID but had grab and go bags. 3 mins down road Vicious Biscuit great breakfast place.

The room is ok, you get what you paid for. But the receptionists at the front desk are very rude and never try to be at least friendly. This was the worst part. The hand sanitizer was hidden in a place that I could not see, but there was one at the check in counter. I got so I could use it, but the recepcionist yook it out from hand hand saying that I was not supposed to touch that. Told me that I shliud be using the one behind the pillar. So rude, like usual. Very disappointing.
