Very limited parking
Convenient location. Hotel needs major cleaning upgrade. Carpet is filthy and stained. Rooms arent cleaned well.

Check in staff was wonderful (young man) and he booked our very very early shuttle service to the airport which we were so grateful for!!! Rooms a little beat up; showers not very clean. Food/stores nearby made it convenient. The view from our room showed a closed pool but garbage and completely trashed all over the yard area and pool areas. We would not have used at all anyways but seeing it was not good for the overall feel of the property.
Good location and access - once you learn the area
Rooms very clean. I love all white bedding. Excellent staff very accommodating. Restaurants, shopping are within walking distance from the hotel. My family has stayed there many times but husbands and I was first time. We will definitely go back.
I didn't like that there was no ice machine. They only had large bags of ice that really didn't fit in small fridge or the ice bucket. Otherwise they stay was wonderful 🙂
Liked that the Property was close to airport. We didn’t like how house keeping didn’t respect our off the clock sign, they went in our room anyway to take our sanitary bucket. They also were told not to turn down room because they constantly would put dirty blankets and sheets full of someone else’s bodily fluid’s on the bed! we were their doing Airforce duties and very tired only to come back to aloft hotel to find nasty blankets on our bed. We then had to call front desk and ask makadia, Isabel ,every night to get new blankets, we had to make the bed ourselves every night tired. We found a dirty sock also in the bedding simply disgusting housekeeping not only did nothing but put dirty blankets on,in the room they left our TV on they also left the shower dirty only wiped everything down gave it a lick and promise! hair in the drain steal from prior guests we pay all this money to not get sleep and have to worry about catching a disease. The next morning after our three day miserable stay we go to check out only to find a gal by the name of Rebecca at the front desk saying we already checked out at 8 Am we were leaving at 10 am confused, we have the two key cards we were issued thenigh we checked in there is only two of us my wife and myself so there was no way we checked out at 8 AM Rebecca said someone slipped the colored envelope in the box which means we checked out wow some system they have! Very very disappointing we would like a full refund of our stay!!!!! miserable
Really loved this hotel. Centrally located near stores, restaurants and the interstate. I will definitely stay there again when in San Antonio

Breakfast was extremely overpriced. I paid $6 for a bottle of water! Wow!
The room set up was very modern and different. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the carpets.
