This hotel is a solid three stars. It’s not the best, but it’s not the worse either. During non-pandemic times, I think parking is valet only. The parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel - and it’s $20 a day. It was full every night starting around 5 pm. Tried to get extra towels - but they didn’t answer the phone at the front desk or housekeeping - two days in a row. They are only doing housekeeping if you stay 5 days or more. I understand - but they could make it easier to get services if they would answer the phone. Also, there was only one trash can in the room - which was weird.

They charged me 20 bucks for parking and the lot was full. I ended up having to park down the road in another lot. It made me nervous leaving my rental there. Pretty sure this place is haunted. I got zero sleep due to the noises all night (walking feet and tapping on the shower glass door) Overall the rooms are nice and clean, but I wouldn’t choose it again.
It was a good hotel in a very slow part of the riverwalk. Not really close to the main part. The rooms were good. The front desk was helpful and nice.

Very friendly and very pet friendly. Dog treats upon arrival and a dog park is only two blocks away. Convenient location on the river walk.

well the hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. the room we were given was pretty nice as well. the parking was really disappointing because all they have is valet which is pricey. the room service didn't clean my room well. overall it was an ok experience that showed me that pictures don't always do a place justice.
We loved that the property backed up to the Riverwalk.

Great hotel on the quite side of the beautiful riverwalk...yet you can walk .8 miles to the heart of the action. Large spacious rooms, many with balconies, very clean and modern. Great staff and property...30 bucks to valet park is a little high but other than that a great hotel in a great location
