Location is right on riverwalk so can walk along river to restaurants, shopping ,sites. Parking lot is right across small street from front of hotel. USED TO BE SELF PARK AND FREE OR SMALL FEE. Now it is mandatory valet for 49.95 to drive your car 200 ft and I felt like I was being taken advantage of and will remember not to book there again. Hotel itself was very nice.
Too far away from the plaza.
Constant noise starting with the garage trucks at 6:00. The rest of the exterior hotel is undergoing renovations/repair that cause noise and the main entrance/exit to be closed.
Property was okay. Not bad at all but definitely not the best. Could use some updates and more sitting areas in the lobby.
The hotel is nice with good sized rooms. We were there for 5 nights and housekeeping only came in once and didn't even change the sheets. I don't think they have enough help. The staff was kind.
Great Hotel and staff, just very very sorry parking and for a fee of $20 a night for parking that’s down the road from hotel when it’s a parking lot next to them for $5 they don’t mention to you
The property was really nice. The only issue I had was the limited parking spots directly across from the hotel.
It was an okay stay. The cleaning personnel only came once out of 4 nights we stayed. And the parking was tough especially on a friday and saturday. I wish they have more time to clean the rooms and replace basic necessities like towels. But I would give a 5/5 review with the manager and the chef that worked on May 1 who was very kind to give my daughter a cheesecake treat on her birthday. Overall, a good experience. It is so close to anywhere you wanna go on San Antonio.
Great place to stay and very clean
I liked my stay and will be coming back. I would recommend this hotel.
This hotel went above and beyond for its guest. They were overwhelmed with people trying to get rooms from the Texas power outages and the employees were still super friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are large and very clean. The only thing I would change on the property is that they put microwaves in each room. They only have 1 microwave per floor. But other than that it was a great experience. April and Paul were amazing at the front desk.
This hotel is a solid three stars. It’s not the best, but it’s not the worse either. During non-pandemic times, I think parking is valet only. The parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel - and it’s $20 a day. It was full every night starting around 5 pm. Tried to get extra towels - but they didn’t answer the phone at the front desk or housekeeping - two days in a row. They are only doing housekeeping if you stay 5 days or more. I understand - but they could make it easier to get services if they would answer the phone. Also, there was only one trash can in the room - which was weird.
Great stay at a great hotel in a great city. I would definitely stay here again.
Did not like having to pay for parking. Had to wait on our room to be ready for an hour after check in time. No microwave in room. $100 hold on card after charging room rate as well for 2 nights.

Thank you Julie for your stay and your review. We are sorry you were not satisfied with the Parking aspect of your stay. You are indeed correct, Parking was no really controlled nor kept by anyone. It was during the worst part of Covid, when many companies and services were very much inconsistent and undefined. We now have a solid Valet Parking company that takes care of your automobiles in a safe place. Even though the space used is very close by, it is not part of the Hotel property. We are very glad you were able to enjoy the Hotel and the location.
