Lazy river was nice, but a little small. A bit crowded for chairs

I liked that there were pre-planned activities on the resort that were family friendly. Staff was very friendly. The food and drinks at the resort were well overpriced for what you actually get. Plus the ice machine on our floor never actually had ice in it. There was a planned movie night Friday night however the sprinklers on the lawn where movie night was went off in the middle of the movie. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will most likely come back.

Overall the property, swimming amenities were in good condition. However, we visited this property two years ago and this time the quality of the buffet and the dinning options on property are limited for the price you pay. Also, kind of a shock to have to pay for nightly self-parking.

Outdoor pools were heated!!! Breakfast was great!.............................................

Nice getaway resort. Great spa facilities. Restaurant was short of servers, took too long to be served

Had a great time golfing and at the events during our meeting.

Went out of season, one week before spring break. Restaurants closed due to not enough guests. Bars in pool area not open. So far to walk from pools to inside bar made it practically impossible. Ordered bbq ribs from inside bar, served cold, left most uneaten. Probably a great place in summer but not spring. The good part was the lazy river and pools. Weather cooperated well.

We enjoyed our stay here at the resort. The restaurant Antlers Lodge was delicious! It is a little bit pricey but if you were trying to save a couple bucks you shouldn't stay here...Treat yourself! I can’t wait to book a room during the spring or summer.

It’s a great place fancy. But for the amount the bed needs to be more comfortable. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. Having 2 kids with severe allergies, we don't always find hotel staff as receptive to our needs. The staff, and in particular Chef Dan, went above and beyond what we are used to experiencing. While at the poolside grill I asked about a few of the food items and how they were prepared. The server double-checked all the ingredients and the the of oil the fries were cooked in. In a matter of moments, Chef Dan came down from the main kitchen to go over everything with me in fine detail. He cooked our kids fries is special oil. Later that night he sent a basket of allergy-free treats for my boys with a really thoughtful hand-written note. The kids were on top of the world. It was an incredibly kind gesture that was so memorable for my family. I'll be forever grateful to Chef Dan and the staff for how they went out of their way to make our stay really special. We will continue to make the trek to the resort for years to come.

Overall a good experience at the property. But had two incidents at the hotel. One was the fire alarm - which was fortunately a false alarm - but the hotel management was chaotic in response to the alarm. Second - we forgot our wallet in the room at checkout and by the time we realized it after a day and asked the hotel security to retrieve it for us - all cash and some gift cards in the wallet (anything that couldn't be tracked) were stolen and the wallet returned. Its hard to put blame as to who could have done it. But since the housekeeping was supposed to check the room clean after checkout, it was not done and we lost some money.

My family enjoyed every aspect of this resort. Plenty of activities for children of all ages. Our suite was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff deserves an A+.

We've stayed at Wild Oak Ranch several times. This is the first time to stay at Hill Country. The service, the cleanliness, the staff, the poo land lazy river were all great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. We ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived exactly when we requested. Could not ask for a better stay. We Wild Oak is just as nice except the beds on our visit a year or so ago were terrible. I think they were in the process of replacing all the mattresses.

Very friendly staff recommended.Great pool amazing camp of golf and trail for bicycle nice food and everyone pass great moment enjoy place thanks hyatt

Very relaxing, peaceful, would like to come back in the summer time.

Our family had a great time - plenty of activities for the kids and very close to SeaWorld. The lazy river was nice as well.

Very family oriented. Wonderful attentive staff, all the way around. The food was pretty good depending on your needs. Fun man made lazy river with stop offs to pool, beach, food and drinks. Great location if your visiting Sea World. (right across the road) Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a chance to enjoy the spa or golf:( Would definately return for a short getaway.
