Great location close to airport and hospital. I only rated it good because they can’t even provide decent coffee, it’s watered down garbage. Why can’t they get a basic service like coffee right ?! Unacceptable. But would stay again.

The airport is centered located in a very good area in relation to stores, airport and the river shops. It was a great experience. The personal at the front desk weee super nice and helpful. The cleaning crew was so kind. All the ladies were so sweet and helpful.

Pésimo lugar no hacen limpieza mal oliente
Es un hotel de verdad de pésima calidad el dia que llegamos la habitación que nos dieron las Sábanas olían súper feo las almohadas apestaban a sudor, súper feo y la pantalla se apagaba. Nos cambiaron de habitación por que solo querían remplazar las almohadas. Al siguiente día no hicieron la había ración que por que no la Limpian cuando en su página dice que es limpieza diario y nada, se informó y quedaron de hacerlo cuando no lo hicieron ni cambio de toallas más que un día si un día no, la lámpara del baño no funcionaba, se informó y de la limpieza y solo nos ignoraron la verdad un pésimo lugar y no lo recomendaría jamás nom

Enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was controlling the temperature of the room. The hvac unit runs loud and fluctuates which does not allow for a consistant temperature. The rooms are well laid out and spacious.

Quite a Find!
Really lovely hotel, loved the fire pit and the games offered. But the best reason to stay is the service, every employee went out of their way to make us feel welcome and important. Derrick, the manager, made great referrals for a restaurant and for local places to visit. And he made sure we had Shuttle Service not only from the airport but to/from local restaurants. Kathy prepared our breakfast sandwiches to order and helped us find real local Texas BBQ for lunch. One note that would be helpful, Shuttle Service is by request. Make sure you call Aloft for a ride when your plane lands. Go for the fire pit. Stay for the people!

There was a terrible mechanical noise coming from inside the wall that would start up every three minutes and last for one minute, all night long. It wasn’t the AC, and my room wasn’t next to the elevator shafts. Whatever it was, it made it impossible to sleep.
