One of the more nicer hotels that I have stayed in down on the river walk in San Antonio. Easy access to the river walk, and it had a nice balcony to enjoy breakfast and a few drinks on.

In room 1214, My mother said her bed felt like it had a hole in it where it was dented in. Ours was very comfortable. The cost of parking was high, $32.00 each way. $28.00 to park in the garage a block away. No airport shuttle service provided. To use a contracted shuttle was $20.00 per person each way. For us this would have been $120 to just take my mother to her plane. The location was great, on the riverwalk. The veiw was stunning. The hot jacuzzi was outside, which I used alough it was a cold windy rainy evening. Everything was clean.

Great trip, quiet. Tv was oddly placed, layout of room just not ideal. Valet was super crowded. Very small valet. "Homeless" was sitting inside and was begging for $ and food inside. Shouldn't ever be allowed. Was not happy to see all staff around allowing this.

The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed; we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great experience, close to all nice staff, comfortable clean and quiet.

Great location directly on the incredible river walk. Watched the Holiday parade from the terrace. Breakfast in the bistro was fast and filling. Starbucks on site. Great stay!

Thanks for your help to me it a great service the food a some y great location. Tha staff a some too. I love it thanks God bless you. And have great day

Great experience no problems staff was great and courteous

Good location but inside is outdated compared to other hotels at this same price. Crazy charge for parking/valet considering you are a guest. Front desk staff not very friendly/welcoming/professional.

It was ok overall. The beds were a little too firm and pillows were very flat. One thing I did not like is that there is a locked door that adjoins the room next to yours. I had my daughter with me during my stay and the next door neighbors decided to smoke weed in their room and we could smell it in ours. I had to stuff the bottom of the adjoining door with a towel to stop the smell from coming in.

good location but amenities are pretty bad. kind of old hotel

Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was our first time in San Antonio, and the hotel made the trip just that much more amazing. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The staff was amazing from the moment upon arriving. It was a great experience and The Bistro has amazing fritatas and great coffee. It had all the amenities we needed. I would recommend a stay here to any of my friends and family.

Hotel met expectations. Was close to activities on the Riverwalk. Great fun!

Great location, friendly staff, and an overall wonderful trip at a good price.

The location on the Riverwalk was outstanding and very convenient to all downtown attractions. The staff was very positive and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable but we would have loved having a courtesy breakfast available.

It was a nice experience, friendly staff. Right on the river walk. The only downside that they charge $31 + tax for parking. You could park cheaper in a public parking lot. I am not asking for free, but once you pay for your room, I believe they should give you a better rate.

Loved it had everything you could ask for and also since they don't allow any one up to your room even if it's delivery unless they notify you first felt real safe there

$30 valet parking is expensive. This is the only parking they have. Used $8 parking on Travis street 2 blocks down that's owned by the Methodist Church. Great location on the riverwalk. Has nice restaraunt but wish they had complimentary breakfast.

I was surprised to see this hotel squished between two others. Not quite the riverfront I was expecting. Also the only option for parking is valet. Thankfully I didn't need my vehicle while we were there so I parked my car in a public lot for 1/3 of the price. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
