Bed was comfortable quiet front desk was very nice and accommodating

We came down to look for jobs in the San Antonio area. The staff was very friendly. We had to extend our stay and the staff was very helpful in making sure that we got to keep the same room. We will be staying there again.

The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood and I felt very secure with it’s location. Compared to other hotels in this price range I would rate it above average

This hotel needs some fixing! Our first room had a defective air conditioning. When we notified the gracious young woman at the counter, she immediately put us in another room. Both rooms had sloppy paint jobs on the walls. Both rooms had water leak stains on the ceilings. Most of our pillows did not have pillow cases on them. We needed to use the sofa bed. At midnight we pulled the sofa bed out & discovered the springs were missing so the mattress falls thru when you lay on it!! Also, there were no sheets or covers provided for the sofa bed. No care is given to cleaning the rooms. The corners in the bathroom are built up with solid packed dirt. A big tile in the bathroom floor had been replaced very sloppily- the floor was light tan, but the replacement tile was dark brown minus any grout....the same guy must have been the one who painted the walls.... The ice machine did not work. The good was the coffee pot worked & the breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, assorted breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee. The staff was very friendly. We paid $80 for the night, but really think we could have done better for the price.

This was the worst Comfort Suites I've stayed at. The first room they put me in smelled like weed. The second room had a dirty bathtub. The 3rd room was okay besides the fact that the bathroom light on a timer would not turn off and there was a small swastika carved into the headboard.

Found a piece of grape stalk near the sink, problem is, it's not ours. Ugly water stain in the toilet. Stain carpet. Breakfast is decent but gravy is watery. Only cranberry and apple juice, no orange juice. Trash in the stairway.

Rooms looked clean and brand new and were spacious

It could use a little updating. We had a jacuzzi tub and the tub's finish had flaked in a few areas. Otherwise, the rooms were well sized and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options. Friendly staff and the location is right off 281 which makes it easy to get to a lot fun stuff. I would book here again.

Despite the hotel is not new, it feels well taken care of. The breakfast area feels a little tight, specially when it's crowded, but food is fine. The people at the front desk are very helpful. There was only one little negative thing to mention. We arrived around 6:00pm to take a rest, but the room was not done yet, so we have to leave for a moment.

We went to S,A, on a convention. We got a wonderful hotel, with lots of amenities, close to the airport, and only about 15 minutes from downtown. We ate breakfast in the dining room, and enjoyed the cool comfort of our room for five nights. The staff was friendly, and loaned me a can of WD-40. Our room was cleaned efficiently and quickly, and done right.

This hotel was very well priced for a weekend stay. The hot breakfast was good and well stocked. We had two children with us and they both enjoyed staying here. The beds were fairly comfortable. The toilet backed up when we were there, but it was fixed promptly by service. The staff was very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I also noticed that it was very quiet even on the weekend which made it very pleasant. For a weekend getaway to SeaWorld, this is a perfect place to call homebase, especially for the price conscious traveller. For the price and convenience, I would definitly stay again.
