Room was only basic not worth the money...bathroom was stark no room for toiletries. Parking is a joke at $42 per night and no other options. Pick a different hotel!

Great location. Nice remodeling. Beautiful historical building.

We only stayed one night. Location was great and the hotel is beautiful. Will definitely stay there again.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was there were tools left in our room from maintenance working but that's not a big deal.

The building looks like a castle. It’s beautiful and kind of antique which I loved.

I loved that it was walking distance to all restaurants, mall, Riverwalk. only down side was the bed a little uncomfortable

First of I know we arrived earlier than check in time. Still had to pay extra for parking. Then when I decide to check in and I get to my room tired I was going to take my medication and there is no water and no one can bring some. Even the smallest hotels have a t least one bottle water in the room. Ok so I have to go down and wait for the longest time for the elevator second time around to go get that bottle of water. I get to get water and still have to wait at least 17 minutes for it since they were busy in the front desk. It is rude to go in front of all these people waiting to chec in as well. Then I wake up the next day because there is so much noise going on and can’t go back to sleep. So I decide to make me a cup of coffeee in the coffee pot in the room BUT guess what??? NO WATER!! And guess what they told me again that morning when I asked kindly if I can get some water for the coffee pot they have in the room with NO BOTTLE WATER, YES!! They said to go get some downstairs in the front desk!!!! My stay was pathetic.

Location and service , breakfast,entertainment , weather

The first roo. we had was horribly hot. Eneded up changing rooms. Thats was super easy to switch.

Check in was horrible waited over a two hours while other guests after us were checked in. Took our number but when we went to counter after three other check ins new clerk checked us in right away. Glad after two hours we checked back or would still be waiting on that.call. Also front doors are not handicap friendly and difficult to open.

The vents in the bathroom were dirty. The bathroom tub had some rough surfaces on the bottom as you enter into the bathtub. The restaurant had a very limited menu and despite not being busy took a long time to prepare the meal.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, amazing staff! Highly recommend!!! The air bath and Alamo view made our stay for our anniversary even more special!

By far the best hotel i have ever stayed in in San Antonio. Would definitely booked this hotel again!

Excellant stay. Easily accessible and near all downtown interests.

Great views, cold pool, and smaller rooms, but I would stay again. Good location and the staff were great!

My stay here was for a conference that was focused at the convention center. Ideal location for that, the riverwalk, and anything else.
