Excellant stay. Easily accessible and near all downtown interests.

Great views, cold pool, and smaller rooms, but I would stay again. Good location and the staff were great!

My stay here was for a conference that was focused at the convention center. Ideal location for that, the riverwalk, and anything else.

The location was Great, bedrooms have enought space and the Staff was great

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Like the location and the size of the room. The room is not super big but is bigger then most of the hotels that I have been stay. Overall is a pleasant stay and I will recommend to my friends.

Excellent experience, friendly staff, great location

Convenient location, nice and clean hotel. Right across the street from the Alamo. You can find free street parking within a block or so.

This hotel is fabulous! A perfect place for a honeymoon or romantic weekend getaway.

I had a great 4 nights at the hotel, the room I got was a king with garden tub and seating area with sofabed. The view from 6th floor over looking The Alamo was so amazing especially at night. I had some visitors come up to the room and they loved the room as well. This was a nice big room, one of my favorites in town and price decent. I would walk around a few blocks surrounding the hotel to go eat, grab some things at near shopping places, everything was right near this area. I only ate at the hotel once with room service cause it was so late, the food was good, expensive with the delivery charge etc., expected. Only complaints was one of my visitors was charged for valet parking when I told them to tell valet my room and name. Visitor told me the valet didn't seem to know what to do for some reason verbally. If you can't stand loud noises this could be an issue cause at the Alamo you can hear some re enacted firing of canons or something often during the day, didn't bother me but just FYI.

The room was dusty. The tub was rusty. It was tight for two people. Staff was responsive while at facility. Housekeeping was not responsive to request for searching for a lost item. Food was average. Not season well.

Loved the chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, staff was friendly, pool was great. Nice location which was walking distance to everything downtown San Antonio has to offer.

Room was great and the employees were as well. We decided to stay longer and they worked on getting us a better rate. Location is fabulous.

Had a great time at this hotel. Started off great with the amazing cookies! My girlfriend and I had the King Suite and couldn't have been more satisfied with the room. My one and ONLY complaint is that it didnt ever seem to cool down in the room, as I prefer to breathe icicles while I'm sleeping. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was close to $200/night with taxes and fees. For that much I expected at least a refrigerator in the room. I called twice asking if I would have one because I needed to bring an ice chest otherwise. They told me the day before and the day of (2 hours before check-in) that they wouldn't know until I checked in if I would have a fridge or not and that they are upon request, but you couldn't request one until after you check in. So for some odd reason they have only a few mini-fridges that are shuffled from room to room *after* someone checks in and asks for it. The furniture in the room has a spot for one, but it remains empty unless you are so lucky to get to the top of the magical fridge waiting list. I thought this was ridiculous. If the red roof inn can provide a fridge I would hope a $200/night hilton chain would also. Also, the bathroom provides no privacy. we got a double room which sleeps 4 and the huge sliding bathroom doors that take up the entire 4th wall of the bathroom are semi-frosted glass that you can see through plain as day. So because we shared a room, none of us showered (luckily we only stayed one night). The toilet has an actual door, so that was the only saving grace of the restroom. Otherwise, the concierge were very attentive despite being so busy that no one came to help us find a cart and load our bags. After they reappeared and realized there were people waiting to valet and unloading their own bags they were extremely helpful. Overall, the place is nice but has some weird quirky things that make it somewhere I wouldn't stay again. I'd rather stay at the Omni or Marriott and have all the amenities, including a door to close while I undress and shower.

we love the emily morgan!! staff is always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. it is also close to the riverwalk and alamo. Definitely one of my favorite riverwalk hotels

We had a super time great food great drinks perfect weekend

Hotel location is great. Walking distance to everything. There is no parking garage so being in downtown you have to pay for your own parking. Only complaint was tv reception was bad at times. I would stay here again.

Our 7 year old learned about the Alamo in school this year. No better way to follow up the lesson than with a trip to THE Alamo. Of course, trips to Sea World and the River Walk were included. The Emily Morgan is fabulous! Excellent location. Valet your car and then walk the rest of the time. Only about 20 minutes to Sea World from hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Will stay again!

we had an excellent stay at the emily morgan! The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly. We loved it!

What a beautiful hotel! After 9 hour sessions every day, I got a full, restful sleep in a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows under a 12 ft ceiling. Being on the 12th floor kept things very quiet. Convenient to riverwalk. Very little to complain about - parking and high priced food. This is my new fave San Antonio hotel!. Move over St. Anthony!
