Location! The location of the hotel was perfect but they the check in was horrible. I didn’t get my second room I booked till 10pm! And I know this was the case for a lot of other people that day too since the lobby was full of guests with all their belongings waiting for their rooms to be available.

The stay was great. The hotel was convenient to the river walk and other amenities.

Check in was smooth and quick We did witness a customer upset by how there room was as they checked in Come to find out our room also had hairs on the shower walls, the restroom floors by the trash can also had hairs, the “clean” towels also had a big hair strand attached to it, and found one on the bed comforter as well.

The property was nice and staff very friendly . The pool was nice

The service was excellent. The people at the front desk helped us out with early check in and gave us information on what to do in San Antonio!!! Breakfast was excellent!!!! No complaints!!!!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming! Got a drink at the bar (in a non-glass cup) and took it up to the roof with my book Loved that I could do that! Just wish the morning coffee wasn’t only available in the lobby for Preferred or Diamond guests. Great stay, though, and I will be back!

One of the valet parking employees was extremely rude and arrogant in my dealings with him twice. Everyone else was polite, professional and competent, but he left a very negative feeling for the entire day. :(

Location was excellent. Lacking bar, hot tub and pool is very small.

The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times.
