Couldnt sleep from all the cars racing their motors outside my side of building. 2 nights and both nights was loud. Valet was a disaster and still charged full amount even after I had to walk 4 blocks to get my own car with luggage in tote. anot a great bday weekend experience

First day bathroom (tub and shower) were dirty. I checked out only to find out I couldn’t get a refund so instead of spending money on another hotel I came back and they changed the room. Second room bathroom shower was still not clean !! Room service came by once to give clean towels and sheets on a 6 day stay. Just was not the quality of any Hilton I have ever stayed in

The bed was too small for 2 people to considered a queen bed. We can barely turn over if 2 people are sleeping in 1 bed. The breakfast was available however no complimentary for the guests and required to pay.

Great location - will definitely use again. I liked that it was very close to everything (one block from Riverwalk) but in a quieter, less busy area. Lots of good food nearby. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice size. Very comfortable stay.

Staff were very friendly but it was very noisy throughout the entire night. Only 1 elevator worked so there was always a wait. The toilet paper holder fell right off the wall and you could tell they tried to fix it prior with two nails. Like, just fix it for real? Also, a lot of homeless on Houston. Fine during the day but I didn’t feel safe going anywhere alone at night. It was a good price, but you get what you pay for I guess.
