I don't understand why are they charging my credit card twice for the same service.
The heating and hair dryer was not working. Nit enough breakfast to choose from
The breakfast was very limited. Staff said the pool was heated but in fact it was freezing. I stayed in a Suite with a pull out couch, however there were no extra blankets or pillows. I wouldn’t recommend.
We did not like no maid service even when staying seven nights. Breakfast always seemed to be short of food.
Great hotel
I was disappointed to get to the hotel and find out the room rate was way cheaper than the price I was charged for my reservation. I tried to get through to customer service on line through the app and of course couldn’t get a live person to question the fees. And the room did not have hot water. I would prefer not to take cold showers. Not sure I will go this route again.
First room heater didn’t work 2nd room tv never worked and We were stuck in room Due to ice storm also no iron or iron board 3rd room no iron board or hair dryer and radio broken
No one informed me parking was $12 a night. Was charged $40 incidental and parking was deducted from there
Property very close to river walk. Room was nice. Would stay again
It’s good hotel we enjoy stay here it’s near to walk to the alamo, tower of America’s and all around it.
When I search the room thru orbitz the final price was $103 and at the hotel they charge me $160, unsatisfactory time!!
