Welcome! We are looking forward to hosting you. We are excited to meet new people and eager to share this experience.

Our house is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Airport, San Antonio Riverwalk, The Alamo, The Pearl, The Quarry, Zoo and Seaworld.

The Space

There is a separate private entrance with key.

The bedroom is set up with a Queen size bed. Custom window coverings. Blackout curtains available. High speed Google Fiber internet and wall mounted TV.

The bathroom is for your private use. A vanity with dual sinks. There is a shower with a relaxing rainshower head. Also, included a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator.

The backyard is great to relax in with lots of peace and quiet and a fire pit.

Free street or driveway parking.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Great location, cozy studio

This was a really cozy place to stay! It's very spacious for a studio. The shower is nice and the bathroom is a good size. There's a big closet to store your things and hang anything. The location is North of downtown and close to many attractions. The only snafu was when I arrived - the driveway gate was closed, and there was not information about how to access the gate. I didn't want to try to open it and break it, and I got ahold of the property manager in about 10-15 minutes who helped me get inside. Highly recommend this location for a business trip, or other quiet/relaxed trip. I would love to stay here again!
Stayed 2 nights in May 2023
