The location is great if you’re visiting Seaworld, but we were fairly disappointed in the hotel. Our toilet broke on night one, there was dried toothpaste splattered on the mirror and wall by the sink, the balcony door isn’t sealed well so the wind howled through all night, and there was a ton of highway noise. What bothered us most is how dusty the room was and you could clearly see (due to dust) that the lamp power switches hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. In a COVID world, I would expect better than that, especially when there’s a card on the night stand saying they sanitize all the high touch points. Otherwise, the pizza from the bistro was delicious and the pool and hot tub were great!

The young woman at the front desk, with a Polish (?) last name, was really nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing I was not happy about, in these times of Covid, was that the pool was very crowded on Saturday and it was impossible to distance. I am not sure what the solution would be. Also I wanted a sandwich for lunch, but there was no menu avaiiable for lunchtime.

Our room location was awful we were kept up all night due to being next to highway, contacted Orbitz as my fiancé and I both had flu and they wouldn’t cancel the reservations with a weeks notice. Will never book with orbitz again after this experience

Usually Hotel has free coffee and water on first floor. They don't provide nothing and only 3 towels in the room

The only reason I wanted to stay there and paid more than some other properties was because it had an indoor poor. The pool was being renovated and there was no mention of that at all. Also no breakfast everything you was extra even coffee. The rooms were good and I like the shampoo.

I enjoyed my stay everything was great, The desk clerk ordered a taxi for us as we had a very early morning flight.

Everything it's ok but the zink and the shiwer is little dirty.

I use to stay at this location years back when my kiddos were toddlers. The swim up bar, the pool and hot tub were relaxing and the ambiance was great. However, after talking up the hotel to my fiance we were less than pleased with the pool. The indoor pool had large pieces of the wall falling off into the inside pool, fully exposing a rotted wooden wall. The Jets on the hot tubs barely worked, the swim up bar was no longer in service, just sitting there collecting dust, the metal divider between the indoor/outdoor pool was all rusted over, the trash outside the pool gate was overflowing so much that trash was all over the back entrance to the hotel, asking with some animal feces in the sidewalk, probably a critter nosing through the trash. We had to step over it. Our hotel room was overall clean, but there was no soap it conditioner in the dispensers. My fiance left his brand new Adidas shoes and 5 new shirts hanging in the closet in our hotel room. After several calls by my fiance the hotel staff finally told him they had his property after 5 hrs of us waiting on a response. The lady at the front desk became very rude, and told him he'd need to pay for shipping and provide them a tracking number (which is no biggie), but then she told him if he didn't do that asap then he would have to wait! I really was not impressed with this hotel. Will not stay here again. Very sad, considering when I was a single mom we'd visit here often.

Very nice, updated and modern rooms and a nice sized lobby with lots of seating options and TV's for "the game". Friendly, accommodating staff. Lots of kids around and the associated noises and disturbances that come with them, since it's near Sea World. If you can deal with that, a solid option if you're traveling on business.

Once I arrived at the property I was informed that I would have to pay $8 a day to park in the parking lot because "everyone on this side of town charges for parking" When I stayed at the Hilton down the street I didn't have to pay. When I checked in, the desk clerk had to go back and forth to 3 different computers to finally get me checked in. When I checked out they didn't bother to ask how my stay was, just handed me a receipt and walked away.

Everything was nice!!! No complaints. My kids loved the pool. When we return this will definitely be the hotel I pick.

Pleasant and convenient. A great place for families and friends to stay. Awesome staff always willing to help.

Great staff all around. Beds are awesome. Rooms get dark at night.

Check in was easy & quick. Very friendly & helpful desk personnel at check in. Not so friendly check out. Not even a “how was your stay? or a thank you.” All in all, loved the facility & the great, comfortable room. Will stay again.

The whole reason i got this hotel was for indoor hot tub and pool. Was informed at check in it was being remodeled so we couldn’t use it. Our room location was awful we were kept up all night due to being next to highway, contacted Orbitz as my fiancé and I both had flu and they wouldn’t cancel the reservations with a weeks notice. Will never book with orbitz again after this experience
