The food during breakfast was scarce and not replenished on time. You have to wait for the food to get replenished and when they did, only a few good items were placed on the food tray. Disappointing.
The staff was ambivalent and often missing from the front desk. The real pisser was when I found that the only parking available was $30 a night valet parking. I checked my truck out after the first night, but they charged me for the second night anyway, although they did refund it.
Hotel does not have it’s parking lot… we had to park at the public parking across the hotel, we had to cross a busy street to walk back to the hotel. There is a valet parking offered at $30 / night, we did not get it, we didn’t trust ‘em since vehicles. are being parked just about anywhere on the streets by the attendant. On the online website site photo breakfasts looked good but was not in reality, breakfast scrambled eggs dried and burnt, cereals were stale , there was 1 staff attending the front desk/ reception/ breakfast service, I guess she was attending the kitchen too. I like the hotel itself because it’s new and eco friendly designed and very clean. Perhaps staffs need more “ customer care improvements training
This hotel was beautiful and very modern. I loved every bit of our stay. From our room, the services, the breakfast, the parking, and the location was near all attractions I wanted to see. I love this hotel. So far, my best and favorite place. I’ll stay here again <3
I liked that it was walking distance to the places we planned to visit. The only thing was that there was no free parking and the room we got was close to the lobby. And there was noise late at night and early morning.
I loved that everything attraction and restaurant we wanted to see and visit was just a few walking minutes distance
There is no free parking. They charge you 24$ dollars for VIP parking. If not, park it outside yourself for 20$. I parked in front of the hotel to get things down. When I and back, I already had a ticket for parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are small and you can hear anything going on in the rooms above or next to you.
Hotel was clean and modern. Room was tiny. No closet or luggage rack. No separate chair other than desk chair. It was very basic and spartan. OK for a low cost alternative in an urban setting for those attending conferences and conventions.
A group of 6 of us had reserved rooms to stay here for a medical conference. We had a rough start to our trip and we were initially stranded in Dallas and did not get to the hotel until the following day at 5pm. The girls at the front desk did not want to work with us to salvage a reservation we had already made and they canceled our initial 5 night reservation and wanted us to rebook (meaning they had rooms but did not want to honor our reservation) because we had been unable to call and tell them we were going to arrive late (we had no cell service until 1am and their cutoff was 12am). Also, there was no manager available for the entire weekend to even speak to. When we asked for her on Monday, she made us wait 40 minutes before coming to speak to us. In addition, the room had no shampoo when we got there. They do not clean the rooms daily unless you specifically ask. At night, they allow just anyone to walk in including people handing our flyers under your hotel room door. I did not feel valued, taken care or safe. I will not be returning here. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else worth your money.
This property is not in the best location, but is fairly priced and is an excellent place to stay. The breakfast was much better than the competitors. My only concern is I was not aware of a valet parking charge. There is no where to park near this location. The fee is 1/4 of what I paid for the night. $25.00 to Valet. I thought that was a lot and should be exposed on the room research.
This hotel was absolutely beautiful and wonderful! The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that they need will be microwaves in the rooms. My overall stay was awesome and I would definitely stay there again when I visit San Antonio and I recommend anyone to stay there.
Traveled with my teenage boys, we all had an excellent experience. Staff was friendly, room was perfect. Zero issues. Will definitely come again!
Convenient area, friendly staff. Walls thin or poorly insulated. Easy to hear people in surrounding rooms. Stomping, walking on floor above
Location was great. Elevators had a smell to them and were so loud at times I thought we were going to get stuck.
