The staff was pleasant. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great! My only gripe would be the hot water was barely luke warm. Only stayed one night so i didnt make a fuss.

Property and rooms were fine very clean. Food service was poor maybe because kitchen/ dining room were closed most of time. Maybe because of COVID? Otherwise nice place

Only issue was that the breakfast on the weekends doesn't start till 7:30 a.m. We were in town for our grandson's baseball tournament and had to leave before breakfast even started. Hotel clerk was nice enough to get us a couple of muffins and some juice for our grandson.

The beds and accomodations were very comfortable. The pool had too much chlorine unable to swim.

Excellent hotel, excellent service. It was Better when the Embassy provided silverware in the Suites. What was LOUSY is the internet service. So Slooooow, that could not make a simple bank payment. Really, really bad

I booked a king suite thru Orbitz, but when i checked in we were given a double. I had to argue with staff, who said "people who don't go direct thru them 'get bumped first due to availability". However they were not at capacity and did give us a king. However, the bed WAS old and hard. This hotel saves money on cheap mattresses! The breakfast was just okay - not as good as other Embassy hotels, but definitely better than most other hotels. On a plus, their gym and pool area was extremely nice. Also this is a clean hotel.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Omelette bar was a definite plus.

Always enjoy staying here. Only complaints are a little noisy, ugly carpet and high food prices, but the food tastes great.

We had a total of a 3 week stay. The 3rd day (Wed), my employee dropped her jacket & asked if they could review tapes; she was told they would do so. She checked back each AM & PM & on the 3rd day AFTER the incident she was given a form to fill out (by the person who helped her the 2nd day....why wasn't this form given then???). Following Tues, she received a VM that they were still looking. Thurs, she contacted regional Manager Matthew & he basically insinuated that she was lying & when she asked if he was calling her a liar, his response was "you said it, not me". He told her if she was looking for an apology, she wasn't going to get it. EXTREMELY inappropriate for a regional mgr to express to any guest! During her last week of her stay, she charged a meal to the room (I had sent in a credit card authorization form & letter (per their request) for each stay). Come Thurs before checkout, she got a call that she needed to pay the $21 balance. She stated she wasn't there & would pay the following morning at checkout. She was told they would note the account. When she returned to her room that evening, she was locked out & told she had to pay the $21 to reactivate her card. The room, incidentals, etc. was paid for by me in advance & this was unacceptable! She also had to request the room to be cleaned more than once because it wasn't done.They referenced issues because we used "Expedia". I didn't know booking thru Orbitz would disqualify us from getting decent customer service.

We stayed in room 230 and the AC to the bedroom was miserable it was hot the whole night miserable I told the front desk and they said that Gree air conditioners go out quite often but nothing was ever done or will I ever comped it was just miserable breakfast was wonderful

Everything was great. The entire staff were professional and accommodating.

The hotel was nice it's the agent that booked me I asked for a king suite not a handicap suite

Thank you for your feedback, we have so many guest that requested later breakfast times on the weekends that we changed our service hours to accommodate the majority I am pleased to hear that the front desk team ensured they got your grandson something to eat and some juice.
