All of the staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is expensive but there is a public garage across the st that was very convenient and only $10. The rooms were great, views were awesome. Will visit again for sure.

Great location along the River Walk with easy access to the convention centre however be careful when booking an Uber re exact pick-up location. It pings 2 addresses one in front and one behind!

The night manager Julan was so attentive and helpful when my husband had high heart rate and helped him get to the hospital for treatment in the middle of the night.
