The host was extremely accommodating! Be sure to bring your own shampoo and Someone noted that the floor tiles were irregular. , but it was clean and spacious and that small irregularity in no way deterred from our stay. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. The location was perfect for both sides of the family to visit after the graduation of my grandson from the Lackland Airforce base. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable, and the linens were exquisite.. The kitchen had everything you needed. We hadn’t used a drip coffee maker in a long time, but it was absolutely delicious… And I brought our own creamer. The backyard was not particularly suited for a family gathering, but the house had good air conditioning and heat and fans for comfort. I would not hesitate to recommend this place if you’re here for a graduation. There is also a gas station within half a mile as well as a quick snack or grocery item at the station.

I tried to contact the host about the WiFi user and password he gave me that didn’t work. I tried calling him but his mailbox was full and left a message for him on VRBO and he never got back to me. We had no WiFi during our stay. We filled one trash bag and there were no extra bags to use. The flooring was coming apart and we had to watch where we walked very carefully. The step out to the back door was dangerous and too high. The ceiling was cracking and hoped it wouldn’t fall on us.

Addressed with the host every day of our stay regarding missing smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Not only were they disconnected, there was a wiring problem and we listened to a chirping that went off every 35 seconds. Communication was not great, maintenance guy came once and was unable to fix. Said someone else will come the next day as well as a call from the host, neither of those things happened. Extremely uncomfortable in a home that wasn't up to code and it's illegal to not have smoke detectors. I have photos and videos. I have since messaged the host, with again no response. I'll attach a photo of their grill.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from BMT and it was perfect. Our airman just wanted to hang out and relax during his town pass and this was very comfortable. House was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and close to Lackland Air Force Base. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and just a good place to gather when our son graduated BMT. It was so close to the base and that made it super easy on those early mornings and I love that you could hear the retreat from the base in the afternoon!

Tobias was veey understanding. The intial house that i booked was double booked so he placeed us in his second home. great location. The washer and dryer didn't work, and there was old broken spiced (2020) and broken dishes the ice maker did not work, and there was rust in and around the vents of the home. The kitchen had a great deal of gnats and ants. We went to purchase insect spray and we had to find a laundromat to wash our clothes. I made him aware of the things that I found .Other than that the house itself was nice. He also promised to accommodate due to the inconvenience but has not as of yet.

Perfect Location for BMT Graduation

We loved the convenience of being only 5 minutes from the gate that was closest to all of the BMT graduation activities. Worked out great for us!

We came for a friend’s BMT Graduation. House was located just 5 miles away from the Valley High gate. Very conveniently located. Was able to go to the events easily. House was very nice. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and such. Only thing is it advertised double beds in one room but reality was they were twin beds. There is some cosmetic issues of a crack on the ceiling and cracked tiles on some places on the floor but not a hindrance to us. Was concerned I might break them further if I stepped on one. Otherwise I have no complaints. Very nice place to stay.

Great Stay Close to Lackland

We stayed here for my son's graduation from bmt. It was so close to the gate and very convenient. The neighborhood was nice and close to stores and restaurants. The property was clean and the furniture comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. We only had trouble with the coffee pot and the tv in my mom's room. Checkout was easy. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it for anyone staying in San Antonio..
