Overall, my experience in the king bed suite was comfortable and clean however, I was disappointed that several of the lights within the rooms were not functioning. The cable on the TV was also not functioning during rain and the Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The Hilton San Antonio Hill Country is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing, the room was immaculate and those pools were awesome! The location was excellent like 6 minutes from Sea World! We will definitely stay again

The property was excellent. We checked in as usual, and gave our Hilton Honors number. They said they could add out points because we booked through Expedia instead of Hilton. We totally understand that, but we should still get the same treatment and perks as any other GOLD member. They acted like we were beneath them since we booked with Expedia. Somewhat rude about ANY extra perks, even though we chose Hilton for that very reason.

Everything was wonderful … just was a little disappointed in the unavailability of the restaurant … I was there for my son’s Airforce graduation and we just wanted to spend some time with him in the hotel but we couldn’t order any food and it was in the middle of the afternoon approximately around 2pm.
