Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great.

Our air conditioner stopped working and it god uncomfortably hot in the room. They tried to convince me that it was fixed when it wasn’t. They did at least switch me to a new room. That was even worse. It had a stinky, dirty diaper still in it. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned. Then, I saw a roach and ants! I had to leave that night. Horrible experience. Will never stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here and wish it could’ve been longer than one night! The room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and a decent size balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We requested a pen for our daughter to do some coloring and they gave us a pack of crayons for her. The outdoor area was really nice and our kiddos enjoyed playing the oversized chess, Jenga, and swimming in the pools! The hot tub was HUGE and the perfect temperature. They offered a grab and go breakfast that included coffee, breakfast bars, poptarts, and muffins which was nice to grab first thing. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfy. No complaints here, would definitely stay again!

This was probably a beautiful property once. Now, it seems a lot of details are being ignored. Such as: powerwashing the mold that accumulates on exterior walls and pool surfaces, repairing things that get damaged and other similar things. Neither the restaurant or the pool bar was open - I'm assuming they will say because of Covid. Yet they had a self-serve coffee bar open as well as a self-serve yogurt machine and the restaurant area was open for people to use with no one cleaning the tables between guests - that seems a little contradictory. To top it all off, they charged us $10 to self park in their open parking lot - ridiculous!! If I had known these things beforehand, we might as well have stayed in a less expensive hotel. Understand that I normally love Hilton's and we are a Hilton Honors member, but this one fell far short of what a Hilton stay should be.

I was not allowed to check in till 4pm. I explained I had to be at a rosary/viewing at 4pm just needed to change clothe, i was trying to check in at 215pm. It went down hill from there. An alarm was going off every 2 min for about 5 min all evening and through the night, it was very faint but loud enough to disturb sleep. Employees walking the hall with loud communication handheld radios at 6am multiple times. Construction on property was very loud super early in the morning. As soon as we checked in we could hear the alarm and Tried multiple times to call front desk and public relations from the room and from the cell phone, no one ever answered Went to the front desk and No one was around the first time, second time only one person there checking in at least a half dozen customers. After trying to sleep in with all disruption earlier in the morning we decided to just get dressed and leave.

Bathrooms are outdated and not and rude staff. Restaurant and bar were closed, very inconvenient.

The parking isn't free, there is a fee per day to park. There was roaches in my rooms bathroom, when I advised the front desk they just told me they would send out maintenance to check it out. My toilet did not work either, it had to be flushed several times. Will never be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Wish we had known before we arrived that the restaurant and bar were not going to be open, as we got there just after dinner time and wanted to relax with a snack and drink. It was nice that breakfast grab bags were available but would have been nice if there were other types of grab bags for afternoon/evening snacks and more beverages available.

It is disheartening to learn of your difficulties during your stay as they do not sound typical. I sincerely apologize as we missed several opportunities to offer a flawless experience. I undoubtedly will have maintenance resolve the air conditioning and I will speak with our cleaning staff to ensure they do not fall short again.
