The perfect place for your family Sea World/San Antonio trip!

Overall great experience. Clean room, friendly staff, good food.

The rain feature in the shower was broken, the jacuzzi bathtub knobs were broken off, the refrigerator needed to be replaced, no microwave? And the description didn’t match the room we got.

We had a room on the lower level. Thenoise from the laundry room was distracting and there was a consistent mechanical odor. Since we really only needed a place to sleep there was no real reason to fuss but our overall impression was less than favorable. The front desk staff, for the most part, really seemed pretty uninterested in guests

The hotel staff was really good. They took care of a problem that came up immediately and to our satisfaction.

Front desk were nice enough to let us check in 2 hours earlier. Hotel its very, very nice. We were surprised to see that our room did not have a safe. Overall very satusfied with our stay.

Hotel was nice but I paid for a king room and got stuck with a double queen room which did not adequately accommodate my wife and my infant son and I like it was supposed to.

It has a Fun pool for a family to hang out and great atmosphere. They have a great courtyard and a Shuttle to Sea World and a close proximity to Sea World.

Room was dirty with trash on floor. I stayed two nights and that trash stayed on the floor throughout my stay. View was of corner rooftop with cigarette butts and debris all over. Then there was the adolescent vulture nesting under my window eating random eggs from other nests. And the shower; there was no soap dish, so my soap was taken by housekeeping and not replaced because I set it in the edge of the tub outside the shower. Very poor internet and cell reception.

Were given a different room than what we had reserved on Orbitz. Front desk clerk stated Orbitz had advertised a "non existent" room, but after calling Orbitz, Orbitz stated the hotel had assigned our room to someone else because of our late check-in time (around 10 pm). Our teenage son had to sleep on the floor because the hotel refused to accommodate us. In the end Orbitz gave us a $50 refund, but I thought the whole purpose of making reservations was to have your room waiting when you arrive.

We really enjoy the stay in this hotel, room is clean and well maintained. Courtyard is very nice with swimming pools, and my younger son really enjoyed the hot tube. It is very close, just a mile or so (1 traffic light) to SeaWorld although SeaWorld was closed in January. Easy access to 151 which can take you to downtown attractions easily in 20-25 minutes.

The heater in the room did neither heat or cool the room. There was black mold in the toilet, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so after you showered all the surfaces were wet. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. One day after they cleaned my room they left my door open so anyone could just walk right in and take whatever they wanted / luckily no one did. Breakfast was not included with my room, and no free WIFI.

The good first: lovely gardening, nice pools, friendly restaurant staff, food priced fairly, cozy beds, lots of pillows. Free HBO! The less pleasant: loud hallways (hear many doors slamming well into the night), website lists lots and lots and lots of extra fees (such as wifi and even a big fee just for the fridge) but the room didn't have a fridge and the wifi was free (I might have brought a computer if the listing hadn't said it would cost an extra 10 a day; sure, I have 10, but why saying you'll charge when the room is already $97). Nit-picky: remote was so old you had to fidget 5 minutes to get it to power on. Not so nit-picky: found a cockroach in my suitcase, and no, it didn't come from home. Also, I needed a screwdriver and had to go out and buy one; something among my personal devices required it. So I asked and the clerk looked for a total of 10 seconds and couldn't be bothered after that. No, they weren't busy. So a huge hotel has no screwdriver? Some folks will go out of their way to help you. Some folks won't.
