We like the location , it was close to everything we wanted to see and visit.

Front staff was wonderful! They upgraded our room per our request with no hesitation. Our room to the pool was not issue, loved we were able to sit out in a patio☺️

We had a total of 5 rooms.. The pictures of the hotel looked better then seeing the rooms in person,1 of the rooms smelled moldy another room the bathtub didn’t drain the water fast enough so u stood in water while showering,my room we had to put the ac to almost 70 degrees because it was still hot.. the other rooms were ok that I know of.. and 1 last thing they had a pool that nobody went in because it just looked dirty.. I would have given it a worse rating but the staff was friendly..

It was right on the river. The lobby was clean and very nice. What I didn't like was our room didn't match the lobby it needed a good cleaning especially the bathroom. They had no smoking signs everywhere but there was people smoking everywhere especially in and around the pool. Our last morning the cops showed up beating on the neighbor's door at 7am and basically made him pick up cigarette buts. The last night there this couple was getting it on in the pool while a bunch of kid's were playing in the pool. I told the lady at the front desk when I was checking out that this was one of the worst hotels I stayed at and she really didn't care or offer to let me talk to managers.

It's unfortunate that I stayed here during a pandemic. Very close walking distances to a number of restaurants, Alamo, things to do.

The property is in a great location for price. The parking deck is muggy and there were a lot of dirty laundry near the elevators. The staff is nice and room is clean.

The location and the people where super nice, the place was clean and neat

I liked the location, the parking was a little weird because we're in a full size pickup truck. It was sad being down there while all of this dumb coronavirus thing is going on.

It was a clean facility and enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is close to the River Walk. There is a restaurant on premises, but I can't say I'd recommend it. Slow service and the chairs and tables are not kept clean.
