Noisy at all hours, enough to prevent sleep. Room of questionable cleanliness. Staff overall not helpful

Not what I expected for the price. Should be a $60 hotel. Dirty sheet plus hair on th and the floor. Blood on the blanket from someone being on their period. GROSS. So they brought us sheet to put on ourself because housekeeping was gon and the guy wasn't trained to change sheets. Really??? No money back because we got it thru orbitz. Lesson learned there. Finally moved us to another room "Upgrade". It was cleaner and sheets were clean. Would not recommend nor would I stay there again.

Great place to stay! Very close to the Riverwalk and other places such as the Alamo, Tower of Americas and the San Fernando Cathedral!

This was my second stay at this hotel and the folks are wonderful! Convenient spot to all we wanted to do and easy to find! Highly recommend staying here, maybe the glamour isn't all that but it's a great place overall!

This hotel is older, but has a lot of character. The name is decieving because it's not actually right on the riverwalk. You are a block back win very convenient access to the riverwalk. If you don't have a car, it is a reasonable price but if you have a car there is a nightly fee. The restaurant and coffee shop at the bottom of the hotel was reasonably priced with great food.

Very nice room spacious parking expenisve restaurant was always closed pool was awesome

Value priced and a block or two off the main loop. It'll be better after the Reno. Check out the 28" pizza!

Could not believe the value for the location. On sight parking for a reasonable fee and everything within walking distance, no need to take a car at all. We visited during Fiesta and being across the street from the river made the hotel much quieter than expected.

The Riverwalk Plaza is located right off the Riverwalk...it is about a block off of the main walk way of entertainment. It is far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the majority of attractions! What is lacked in updates, it more than made up for in location and cost. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends for a comfortable, cost efficient, great location stay!

Nice place right by the riverwalk. Comfortable walk to the Alamo. Very clean, on site parking, helpful staff. The little coffee shop downstairs is nice too.

Hotel is older but very accommodating. Balcony overlooking river walk was an added plus. Hotel was within walking distance to major attractions no need for taxis. Staff was helpful in every way. A very safe area and plenty of security in plain site.

Great experience. Nothing spectacular. Room was a room but had no chair at the table. Had to eat meals sitting on the bed. Friendly staff & good location. Would consider again!

It was a good experience everything was right a walking distance :)

An older place but still nice pleasant hotel. Excellent outdoor pool. I would stay here again.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were okay, but I wish they were a little cleaner. Parts of the ceramic paint from the tub was chipped off. Also, the hotel hallway carpets and elevators were not as clean and spotless as I would have liked. However, for the price, the hotel was fine.

Was good except the Hudson costs of parking. They charge 18 extra dollars a day for parking with them. I just hate hidden fees.

Bathroom plumbing didn't work. The rest of the hotel was ok. Convenient location.

Hotel needs a lot of work. Price $180 per night is to much for its poor condition. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff could be more polite. $19 extra parking fee is not included in advertised price.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Good price for the money. Very helpful staff. We like the location as you are across the street from the Riverwalk and all its attractions.

Great location! The rooms were a bit dirty and old. The hallways need upgrades. I would stay again. Staff is very friendly and informative!
