The hotel's decoration facilities are a bit outdated,,the faucet and shower headset are too old and rusty ,and there is always noise at night that seems to come from the elevator operation I guess.And the pillows are too high . Except above unexpected the everything else was great.Hope it is gonna be renovated soon.
Here for a conference for a 3 nights. Check in was quick and overall the facility was adequate but there were issues with the elevators only 1 sometimes two of the four would work. Housekeeping was short staffed as they would come finally come around at 5:30. As she was clearly struggling to keep up I declined service both times as it was just me in the room. As with many of the hotels in the area convenient access to the river walk and it’s restaurants.

Very good hotel and location. The inconvenience is the parking garage which is not part of the hotel but a third party parking garage cross the street. So, if the garage happens to be full you cannot self park there. Also there are no ins and outs. Every time you exit the parking there you pay the full day ( - $32). Alternative is to pay the valet at the hotel which cost -$55. They will park in the same parking garage but you have ins and outs. Be aware that some time they are too busy so you have to be patient and wait until your car arrives.
Elevator noise is heard inside rooms, a bit noisy from that end, parking seems excesive in cost .

Great hotel on the Riverwalk. It was slow retrieving our vehicle from valet parking on departure. The attendants were nice and well trained.
Parking was expensive. My particular room had a lousy view
Very disappointed that though it was advertised on the riverwalk it was not! Also did not like the parking situation and it was terribly exoensive
