Front desk worker was rude and had a no mentality. Asked for clean towels to be brought up and he made excuses as to why it couldn’t happen. He also kept trying to sell me water VC the city was on a boil water notice.

It is a great location. Does need some upgrading. Very nice staff.

Very friendly staff from the valet parking to the front desk.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. Upon checking in, the front desk advised us that our room wasn't available (it was about 9pm in the evening) - they didn't have the standard city view with a king bed. The front desk advised us that he could upgrade us to a room that looks out on the river walk instead, however, the room would have two beds. We weren't thrilled - but it was so late we took the room without making an issue of it. Come to find out, the two beds in the room aren't even queen sized beds but full sized beds, so my husband and I wound up sleeping in separate beds on vacation. Not very fair to us as it was the Westin Riverwalk's mistake.

The hotel was easy to access, and the public parking garage directly across the street made valet parking unnecessary. Walk out access to the Riverwalk was very convenient. The room was great, and every member of the staff was extremely courteous.

Usually I never review and if so not to complain. I spent a lot of time looking at Riverwalk Hotels and decided to pay more for the Westin and a higher star hotel that showed the closest vicinity to riverwalk. The hotel was old and on a little side creek part of the riverwalk. This wasnt a huge deal. The BIG thing was payinng extra money thinking I would have a nicer room with highter quality service and amenities, but ending up somewhere no better, worse in fact than several other hotels I could have chosen and saved several hunred dollars. We wanted a massage, but when calling down for the spa we were told it was no longer there, and were referred to the Makara hotel. The next night we thought we would hit the hot tub after walking all day and called to ask where it was when we couldnt find it. NO HOT TUB We sat outside the hotel one night and the waiter came and ran us off saying the tables were only for dining while treating us like we were bums. You cant sit outside and enjoy the riverwalk unless you are eating dinner in the private restaurant at the hotel. You have to pay 48 for valet or 30 to walk and park per day and pay for WIFI. There wasn't even a plastic laundry bag in the room. The lines to check in and out are always long. It was just horrible. I think it was worse because I expected more for paying so much more and received far less. Very very disappointed in this hotel.

The property was well kept and clean. The service staff was very good. The location is very good and convenient to travel and attractions.

I book a bedroom with 1 king and they didnt have it at that time . They put us on a 2 doble accessible room .

Buffet breakfast. Convenience to activities. Nice staff. Very clean. Great TV

We sat outside the restaurant right on the Riverwalk. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.

Love the location right off the riverwalk. Everything is near by walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and decor is very nice . Would definitely book again!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and concierge.

We are truly very sorry about your disappointment especially as it relates to one of our Front Desk associates. Rudeness is never acceptable and will be addressed.
