Hotel ambiance: Lobby/receiving area is clean and welcoming but the moment you go to the room, corridors are looking like a cheap motel with old carpet and dim lighting. Bathroom: tub is clogged have to call two times to be fixed. pros: towels smell clean I need 3 pillows for me to elevate my head. the pillows are thin and flat. Breakfast: boiled egg, cereals, yogurt, bagels, bread, and coffee. no hot meal

Had a very bad experience got my truck damage and vandalized tail lamps were stolen bed cover damage. Reception person saw a car going around parking lot and never report it to Cops. Total damage is around $8000.00

The night manager was outstanding. She ensured my pickup and return to the airport were perfectly arranged, and even had a coffee and bagel ready for me at 4 a.m. before my trip back to the airport.

The check in was horrible. The lady said my card was declined so I gave her a new card and she said that was approved. When I went to call my bank they said the first card was approved and the second one was not even ran. My receipt after checking out was the first card she said declined. I also asked her for a shuttle schedule for my departure and she said “yea I’ll take care of it” well 5 am came and I went downstairs to get the shuttle and there was nothing scheduled and the next one won’t be available till after my flight departed.

Never heard of Spark but had an excellent rate and good reviews so booked it. Nice, responsive staff, good condition, quiet. nice room and large bathroom. However the breakfast was very disappointing as nothing hot, just 1 or 2 types of cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins and bagels. Room service every other day which was fine but a surprise. Pool towels were tiny and rough. Knowing this, and that are cost saving measures, as long as they are lower priced than comparable competitors, would return, but would go out for breakfast.
