Close to downtown but WAY cheaper that downtown hotels. Clean and quiet. The breakfast was VERY continental. Yogurt cups, blueberry muffins, bagels, coffee, orange juice. You get what you get and don’t throw a fit.

Obviously short-staffed. No breakfast out by 7:30am. Tub drains very slowly. Old fashioned type heat/AC unit. One elevator has very reluctant doors.

I always stay at this hotel when I’m in town for work. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. They have shuttle from and to the airport and the breakfast is always nice

Excellent value stay

The king-bed room was very spacious, high ceilings, clean and quiet with the basic amenities I needed for a short, two-night stay. Coffee in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. I would choose to stay here again when I’m back to visit family.

They charged me 95.00 for the room but then, they charged me $250.00 deposit for an overnight stay. They stated that my card would be credited the 250.00 when I check out. That did not happen and I am still waiting for my $250.00 that they took from my debit account. I am very upset about this because when I use a debit card to pay, I don't expect them to take an extra $250.00 from my bank account after paying $95.00 for the room. I am still trying to get them to give me that deposit back! Very, very, upsetting. Also, the staff likes to linger outside of your room and whisper to each other, several times throughout the day!

Excellent just a few things missing.

Everything was pretty great. Only things that detracted was no ice bucket, no coffee maker or cups and an ottoman instead of a chair for the desk.

We were only stopping by San Antonio for 2 nights. We chose Spark after spending only 1 night downtown. We were so happy to have a CLEAN, quiet, friendly environment! Yes, QUIET even though the prooerty is near the airport. The staff were remarkable! The room was CLEAN & well maintained! The room had a small refrigerator freezer combo, sofa, table, ottoman, 55" Television, wifi, 5 hangers, luggage rack, blow dryer, iron and board & a comfortable CLEAN bed. Cutting costs, cost an ice bucket and coffee pot. Bring your own container. Ice machines are on each floor. Breakfast from 6- 10 a.m., consisted of bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jellies, muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee & juice. Coffee was available at all hours. Parking was on the property & felt safe! Checkout at noon. Great service.
