The area was not ok at all. Family was very uneasy about goung out at night, after arriving at night. We did not walk at all or go down to riverwalk by foot in the evening.
The shower was the worse. Needs updating and maintenance work.
Not far from the Riverwalk but rooms are older than they appear in the photos.
This property was excellent as soon as we walked in we were greeted by 3 friendly front desk associates. Checking was a breeze they had my information all they wanted was a credit card charge whatever they need to charge or hold need to charge or hold and we were off to our room. Our rooms were in the 9th floor we had one Queen and a bowl pull out couch bed the room was clean It was stocked with coffee the bed was clean and comfy And the couch was great we didn't spend that much time in the room. as we headed out to see the Alamo walked around did the river walk thing and just had a grand time
We liked to kitchenette in the suite.
The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. I love the 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Our suite had two bedroom/two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The only thing that wasn’t to our liking was the parking garage. We have a GMC Sierra and trying to get in and out of the garage was a nightmare. Very hard to get up each level, tight turns - seems it wasn’t build with trucks in mind. The only other thing was the homelessness in the area which is sometimes common in downtown areas. Other than that, our stay was nice. Restaurants, movies, and riverwalk are all in walking distance
Had a lot of homeless individuals hanging around at night time.
It was in pretty good to new condition, walking distance to Riverwalk and Alamo. Front desk staff was always there and super friendly.
Excellent hôtel. Super clean and rooms are very spacious with all the comfort
Pet Friendly. Centrally located. Inexpensive. Loved the kitchen complete with full-size fridge, microwave, sink, coffee machine and ice maker. Room was a little hot for my personal taste. We cranked the AC down to 65 and the room was still hot where the bed is placed, likely because of where the air vent is located. The rest of the room was cool but the bed area was hot.
Great location, rooms smaller than expected as well as the pool. Have to pay for parking despite parking in the connected hotel parking lot. Marked as dog friendly but no place to take them close by. Great price for location though and included a decent kitchenette.
The hotel is very close to The Alamo and Downtown San Antonio. The room we stayed in is clean and has a mini kitchen, the complimentary breakfast was very satisfying, the only downside is the limited parking and is not free
Everything was great, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
Great customer service. Great Breakfast and staff. Thank you SA RI
Loved how close the walk is to the Alamo. Really enjoyed having the kitchenit and not having to worry about packing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Would definitely stay here again.
Great, wonderful, friendly and top notch professional service. Close to the river walk, about 5 minute walk. They offered free breakfast which was nice and very helpful. Only thing is after paying for a room which wasn’t cheap, they charged you to park each day .

Anisha: Thank you for the kind review. The garage was built in the 90's and big vehicles were not the thing at the time. This is very common in downtown garages. We normally have our valet attempt to handle these for our guests. Thank you for staying with us.
Had a lot of homeless individuals hanging around at night time.
Shawn: I am doing everything in my power to alleviate the homeless issue around my hotel and in my neighborhood. It is an uphill battle. But some strategies for navigating through this can be shared if interested. Dusty Smith
