We enjoyed our weekend stay, this hotel was clean, great location, friendly staff, and the room had everything we needed.
Nice place, the hotel is modern and clean and its staff friendly and kind. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect just on the rivers side but very close as well to a suburb “uncomfortable”
We killed 2 bugs In our room. One was a cockroach. And there is a lot of construction around the hotel with homeless people around several corners. But the staff was amazing!
it was close to the River Walk, but the whole area is under construction and hard to get to my car. looked bad too
Great staff and amenities. Newly renovated rooms. But breakfast had styrofoam plates and single use dishware. They can't do better AND save money.
Very nice property. Location wasn't great but the area seemed to be undergoing some change (for the better). Lots of whacky homeless people wandering the street. Old buildings under renovation. My only complaint about the property itself was absolutely zero water pressure in the shower.
Tracy at check in was wonderful. We were able to check in early as we had been on the road for 15 hours. She was more than understanding and let us go straight to our room! Wonderful family friendly staff
lot of construction
Enjoyed everything will be back soon
Good hotel nice stay location in downtown near the river walk. The main river walk is around the corner. Nice clean rooms comfortable bed good air-conditioning. Bathroom clean and good television. Our room was nice and quiet. Breakfast area is big plenty of seating. Very good hot breakfast line. Had my favorite waffle maker. Good coffee they did run out of coffee a few times. Hard to keep up with the demand. Have to valet your car for extra cost but we knew this. You have to wait about 15 minutes to get your car but they tell you this. The hotel is downtown so there is homeless people you have to walk around. No one harassed us just smells like urine around the buildings you have to walk by to get to the river. Good hotel would stay there again.
No self parking available ,only available valet parking only
We reserved 2 rooms well in advance and asked for adjoining rooms. Enrique stated “we have notated your rooms to be adjoining” but they put us on different floors. We were traveling with family and getting away to spend quality time with each other due to a recent death in the family. But it was hard to be together on the 2nd and 3rd floor. One staff member was rude and talked down to us. Hotel was in a good location but lots of homeless in the area, and my kids and I watched a drug deal happened in front of us.

Hi Tami. Thank you for your review and feedback. I am terribly sorry for the insects in the rooms. This will be quickly identified and know we will have our exterminators out to treat quickly. We will ensure they are adding the traps to the balconies to prevent these from entering the hotel. Thank you and have a wonderful day! Alex
