San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter

I would recommend this place to someone if I knew that they loved surprises. Only because with all the hidden charges I was surprised as hell!!

It's was one day but I really like to stay again is near of everything

Our stay did not start well as the view from our room included the roof and air conditioning units, that would have been ok except we were staying for 1 week......we notified customer relations at Marriott corporate and were moved the next day, problem resolved (although the front desk staff was not overly helpful). Overall the staff were very friendly and the facility was adequate. One thing that was missing was a whirlpool/hot tub in the pool area, the pool area was very limited and small. The workout area was very nice, clean with modern exercise equipment. If I were to return to San Antonio I would probably stay elsewhere on the riverwalk due to the lack of spa facilities at the Marriott, if you don't desire spa facilities the Marriott is very nice otherwise.

The suite was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were accommodating and pleasant to work with.

Parking was not accommodating for my dually pickup. Had to park away from hotel.

The facilities are great, but the bar staff is not all there, the Valet Parking is extremely slow and the carpet in the room was wet. In other words ti need more Management attention.

Check in staff and valets very accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean. We had a corner room on the street side overlooking the Riverwalk. We Could hear street noise, music, and people having fun on the street even on the 36th floor. Maybe rooms on the other side would be quieter but then you would lose the spectacular view.

Very luxury hotel. We were at the 35 floor and our kids had a great experience with our room view to the city. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was very corteous. Free washer and dryer for clothes. The only reason I gave a 4 is because I kept lowering the room temperature and it seemed that would make no difference. Unfortunately we were in and out of the room during the day and we didn't notice until midnight. Parking was expensive $29 with taxes or some fees they add, no micro nor refrigerator, no free internet.

Great place to stay if price is not an issue, but otherwise there are better options for you money

Spending the weekend at the Marriott Rivercenter hotel was a really great experience good service

for someone who just returned back to work from maternity leave the staywas great !! we chose the marriott for it's location but it included the whole package and best part was how it connected to the mall !! girl has to love that . This hotel will def be our choice next time we are in SA

The staff was so nice forgive us but the man that was working at night who checked us in was the best because of him the experience was perfect we had a wonderful honeymoon thank you so much.

everything was ok the only thing was bad was the elevator on the 1st floor was not working

hotel on good location but elevator not working from 1st floor to the river

The front desk was very busy with a large group check out and the the front desk took extra care of us as we checked in for New Years. They gave us a great customer experience and a great view. Loved this place!

Staying at this hotel was a great decision! My wife and I decided to escape for an overnight stay and we trully enjoyed our stay with our twins. The hotel is connected to a mall and we could also walk directly onto the river walk. We were only there for two days but everything was so conveniently located that we did so many things to make our stay seem as if we had been there longer. I think it was a great value and the staff were world class in their treatment! This experience has made me a fan of the Marriot chain of hotels.

Right beside the Riverwalk, and we arrived on the night they lit it up, by pure chance. the place is convenient, attached to a shopping center, star bucks on site, and a restaurant that's quick and nice to eat in. San Antonio is beautiful, with lots to do.

Good location! Right next to the mall, riverwalk, and 5 minutes walking to the tower of Americas. I was able to check in at 2 pm when I arrive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have indoor/ outdoor pool, 24h access to fitness. They provide towel at the pool and the fitness. The negative is expensive parking, $25/ night, room without fridge, no free wifi.

We were unable to book a room at the hotel where our conference was being held but we were glad to get the chance to stay at the Marriott Rivercenter. It was within walking distance to our conference and had all the amenities we wanted.

Dear Brooke, I'm very sorry for the experience with your truck. There are many surface lots in close proximity to the hotel which can easily accommodate a vehicle of your size. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
