Last year I had a room with a balcony for the same room classification. This year, no balcony and it was the darkest room ever. Staff is very friendly. Wish the biscuits were not drenched in butter but otherwise no complaints about breakfast. When booking, not clear parking was extra.

This hotel is in a great location. The amenities are awesome and the rooms are surprisingly quiet while a party is going on outside at the river walk if you can’t party like you’re 21 anymore. Lol

Overall the hotel is great! Nice size rooms, beautiful views of the Riverwalk, good food, and nice happy hour options. I ised the business center for a last minute meeting and connectivity was fast. The only challenge is parking. The spaces are not bult for SUVs or Trucks so just be aware of that when planning your trip.

Very convenient location next to the riverwalk. Staff very helpful and friendly. On-site parking (for a fee). Free breakfast and happy hour a great value - free drinks and happy hour food was more of a meal than just snacks. Loved having a balcony. The suite having a living room and bedroom a big plus. Very clean and quiet. I'm picky and this place would definitely be my place to stay if visiting again.
