Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Location very central. However rooms facing riverwalk are very loud as the sound echos and the tour barges go late into the night. Then the late night drunk party people make a lot of racket. This if you want a quiet room to sleep ask for street side room.

Great location for elderly for River Walk. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. We had used car park with easy access to the fourth floor. Fast elevators to all floors and to the basement River Walk. This hotel had a very good breakfast bar and evening dinner bar which was included in the price of room. Every visitor also received three free drinks per night of stay. Overall excellent value.

Upon checkin, we were greeted with a front desk attendant who wouldn’t look us in the face and was extremely rude, to the effect of telling us that we shouldn’t use third parties to book our hotels that they were “bad”. I’ve used Expedia for the last 15 years and am a platinum member. The last thing I would expect is that a vip property would tell me I shouldn’t be using Expedia to book with them. He was extremely aggressive and rude as we were trying to give him our step sisters new last name ans she was the primary on the second room. Overall a negative check in experience and I wouldn’t return based on this.

Really cute hotel! Breakfast and dinner was really good ( free too)! Bed was so comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Hot tub and pool were a nice touch. Waking distance to all things riverwalk! The hotel is literally on the riverwalk! You do have to pay to park, it's like 25 a night but that's to be expected. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is amazing, they give you a free breakfast which is hot and abundant. You also get a free happy hour which includes 3 drinks and hot food. We ate breakfast and dinner at this hotel everyday. They always have amazing coffee in the lobby. The rooms are clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is super safe, you can walk outside to the river front and finds lots of things to do. I highly recommend this hotel, all staff I talked to were friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel.
