Last year I had a room with a balcony for the same room classification. This year, no balcony and it was the darkest room ever. Staff is very friendly. Wish the biscuits were not drenched in butter but otherwise no complaints about breakfast. When booking, not clear parking was extra.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything the hotel offered, we didn't expect to get all this for this price. The room, which was actually almost like an apartment, was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time.

At 3 am the fire alarm light was going off. Front desk was trying to work on it and said they’d send a maintenance person. No one showed up and it went off again at 4 am. The ADA shower overflowed and response was extra towels.

The room, the amenities, the nightly extra perks and the morning breakfast. The staff was excellent. We had two assistants that helped one’s name was Rosie. She was very, very wonderful. The other assistant was in the breakfast room this morning and her name was Olga. Our toom was exceptional! Definitely would stay again!

Check in was easy, room was clean, not much for a view, the reception was much better than expected and really enjoyed our breakfast. Parking was tricky, hard to find the "backalley" entrance and cars were parked in the alley making it tricky to navigate and parking was very tight.
