Had a great time can’t wait to go back. Great hotel great location easy to get to

Great stay Cant ask for better place on riverwalk Easy access to everything

Our room had view to the river which made our stay so special. The staff was extremely friendly. Great parking system and a very safe place to stay. I recommend the breakfast.

a bit noisy until about 2 a.m. I could of used a bit more info on arrival about what it offered and such. i ask for a list and map of where things were none available or was info provided. The self park fee is stupid for a high end hotel. i will more than likely take my stay elsewhere on my next visit. thanks DAVE.

The only problem I had was the fact that my lights were left on all day. I believe it’s wasteful as it doesn’t make sense why the hotel leaves the lights on. I believe economically the hotel would save more with having better procedures. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Great roof top pool and great work out facility.

Great couples weekend get away place very friendly locals and

overall is ok..... charging extra for 2queen beds... usually king bed or 2 queen - the same price.... breakfast is too expensive....

There are a number of rooms with windows that face inward, so you have to keep the shades drawn, or anyone in the public area can see into the room. Room service quality was okay, but not great. Good location downtown and on the River Walk.

Awesome staff! Everyone was really sweet just had one minor problem with my parents room not being cleaned, not sure what happened and why their room was skipped. Also wish I would've had a heads up about parking but definitely would stay again

I would most definitely stay here again in all my future trips to San Antonio. It was beautiful and very nice.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Hyatt. It was a perfect location on the riverwalk, the bar was fun in th evenings, and the room was very comfortable.

Would reccomend for its good location to Riverwalk, the Alamo, the Shoppes, etc. but asking for supplies took forever and the staff not too friendly except for the linen lady.

Very good experience with hotel and staff. Hotel is close to all activities. Great place to stay.

It's hard to relax at this hotel, you have the Alamo Plaza and the River Center Mall only a block away, you have the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and the Tower of the Americas within 3 block away. You also have one of the most scenic accesses to the River Walk from the hotel lobby which is an architectural marvel! Oh, and don't forget to visit the roof top swimming pool, this is a must see, especially at night.

His was an exceptional stay. The hotel was located in a super location, close to the Riverwalk, fine dining, the Alamo, and all other amenities in the area. The staff was able to accommodate us in all aspects to include late checkout time. The only drawback is the guest vehicle parking situation. It was explained to us as a contractual issue with the garage.

Walked everywhere. Close to everything. Great restaurants. Friendly people. History abounds. We will be back.

The only negative experience was the fact that the pool was closed for repairs. It was. Dry hot while we were there and would have liked to spend an hour at the pool.

I live in Houston and I needed to visit San Antonio to compete in a golf tournament. My girlfriend used to live in San Antonio, and now takes every opportunity to visit, especially during Fiesta, so I had to take her with me. In planning for the trip, I had to make it convenient for her to entertain herself while I was at the golf tournament for 5 to 6 hours. I have stayed at several hotels in downtown San Antonio, but have always favored the Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk. The hotel is only a block away from the Riverwalk Mall and the Alamo. The hotel lobby has a beautiful view of the Riverwalk, and two bars that serve great drinks, and without a doubt a great little ice cream and candy parlor. Given all these amenities and the comfortable rooms, picking the Hyatt Regency was a no-brainer. In fact, when I got back from tournament and for most of the weekend, my girlfriend was out and about.

Great location on the RiverWalk of San Antonio Tx. Access to all the restaurants and all historical and cultural activities.
