We had reservation for motel8,and the hotel was disgusting...anyway,long history....I would love to stay there again...thanks

The front desk and waiters, shuttle staff were great but housekeeping did not clean our room and the coffee maker was filthy.

Eveything was fine. I will be back. It's an older Hilton, but it's kept up well& the price was great. Less tjan a mile from River Walk.

Bathroom shower style floods the bathroom due to bad design. Spoke to Hotel manager to request full refund due to the flooding that occurred at 1:30am and had a cleanup person finish at around 2am! Didn't sleep well due to the inconvenience of having to wait for room to be cleaned up. I spoke to the Hotel Manager (Adrian?) and expected to get full refund but did not because he apparently felt that it flooded because I was given a handicap room. Wow! Really?? I am still requesting for a full refund and hope someone can assisted me.

Great location. They have a shuttle that goes to the Riverwalk. The bar/restaurant is the amazing and the service is great. Amanda does a fantastic job!

We had a good experience, checking in, stay and checking out. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Super nice..... Walking distance from the Market Squae

got there to find out we have to pay $15 a night for parking! plus you have to pay for WIFI! close to the riverwalk and everything you want to be close to but their pool is small and I ended up leaving my daughter's ipad after I check out I was only 20 min away I called to see if they found it and they lied to me and said no, after I had already tracked it there with the app. Once I let them know someone there is lying they got upset and suddenly found my daighter's ipad.

When I visit San Antonio I have to stay here. Its a comfortable stay.

Hotel was probably great 10 years ago. Really time for an update. The room has become shabby--compared to other hotels that cater to the business traveler. I wouldn't say the room was unclean, but the shower fixtures were water spotted (bad) and there was hair in the tub.

Walking distance from market square... Great staff

The hotel was chosen for luxury. I was disappointed. The mattress was old, the room and restroom small. Had I not received the "free" breakfast it wouldn't had been worth the price. I stayed at La Quinta Inn in Mercedes, Tx the previous night, this hotel was nicer, roomier, cleaner and although not "as elegant" per se, it was worth the price of your hotel more than what we paid for theirs.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Close to downtown and the university.

Horrible front desk staff!!! Really short, no information about the hotel when we first checked in.It was a basic here is your Key and room number I had to call down after the initial check in and ask questions regarding the Wi-Fi ,pool and bar etc. We didn't even know about the shuttle to the river walk until over hearing it from another guest. Rooms not up to date very old. Dirty not cleaned properly look as if they were rushed cleaned. Missing closet door, missing paint, dirty curtains, walls and chair. Towels didn't look crisp white or neat thrown in sloppy. Just not up to par to be a "Double Tree!!!! Very disappointed in the rooms and staff. We drove way from Dallas to San Antonio for our daughters' 10 birthday get a way and end up very displeased in the hotel.

Staff is very friendly. Shuttle service is very convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

No breakfast you have to pay $15 to park and if you need to park your car at a later time good luck , the parking garage is usually filled by 11:00 pm otherwise hotel decent to visit downtown

We paid $108 per night, so the price was right for Memorial Day weekend! I booked this hotel because it said there was a heated pool, which there isn't, so that was disappointing for the kids. Staff was great and requests were fulfilled very fast! I do wish the rooms had a mini fridge. They double charged me for parking. I left a voicemail with the GM and hope it will be fixed ASAP. Oh yea, parking is $10 per night, so make sure to budget for that. They have a great shuttle van that was fast and responsive. I would say the hotel is overall a 3. If it wasn't for the staff and cost it would be a 2.

Last minute stay in SA and we needed a hotel fast since our daughter got sick on the trip. Check was quick and the front desk was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Will stay there again

Nice, clean hotel. Not too far from the Riverwalk and The Alamo. The staff at the front desk was very attentive and so courteous made me feel so welcome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel has Starbucks in the lobby, which is so convenient. Municipal courts are facing hotel, kind of noisy, but overall, a nice hotel.

The hotel location should have included a note that it backed up to the courthouse/bail bonds area. Didn't feel comfortable walking anywhere from the hotel. $10.00/day for parking was extreme considering price for the room and location of hotel. Atmosphere was noisy, other guests could be heard down hallway and other rooms from inside out room. The only positive was the van driver, Fernando. He was excellent. I would not chose to stay here again.
