The most obvious dislike is the $20/day parking. They could give special rates to military personal/family. I understand they have a full restaurant, but they could do a mini continental breakfast as well. I did enjoy the greeting from when my husband and I walked back from the Riverwalk, the clerk offered us bottled water. The staff was amazing with handling another situation of loud music and partying by a certain group of individuals by the pool area after the 10 p.m. quiet time.

The service is good, amenities are bad. You have to pay for every little thing whereas Best Western and others, you at least get a good free breakfast. I know they have a bar, but it shouldn't take away from a good breakfast. They only had free coffee in the room, not downstairs. And it was more than Starbucks price for less quality than Starbucks. The pillows in the hotel suck. But in your defense, I haven't been to a hotel yet that has a good comfortable pillow. I have a AMEX Hilton honors card, and haven't seen any honors in it. I guess I have to read the fine print.

Overall we had a nice stay. Housekeeping left our door unlocked after they left but the room was clean. The best part was the restaurant downstairs...the food was amazing and the staff was friendly and did an awesome job!!!

first the only thing remodeled was the lobby, clean and bright. 4th floor smell horrible just like the room they gave us room #425 junior suite. the a/c was leaking water in the room so the carpet was wet like if you drop 2 gallons of water on it. 4th floor hall way roof near the elevators under construction with mold & mildew, elevators are old and not working. we had to take our luggage down 4 floors with other guest and one lady pregnant. horrible my vacation was cut short one day because I couldn't take it anymore. when you go on a vacations you are going to relax not to complain. I will never go back to this shit hotel. ps. the old lady that looked like the manager gave the impression of a five star hotel when in reality t is negative 1. stay away if you value your safety in this shit hotel... have a bless day

The man at the counter was rude. Also was stingy with the cookies. Richard however made the experience pleasant. He told us about where the firework show was taking place. Gave us cookies with out saying smart jokes like you didn’t say thank you. That other man needs to learn from Richard and improve his customer service. Thank you for having Richard available he saved the day despite the fact that he didn’t even check us in.

They had 2 false alarms when we were there. Very annoying at night!

The location was excellent...complimentary cookies/water was a nice touch.

Front desk staff was very pleasant, beds are comfy, area was quiet. Far enough from the Riverwalk you dont hear the crowds but close enough to be super convenient.

The hotel lost my reservation and i had to be on the phone for one hour with orbitz before i just handed my cell phone to the front desk so they could fix the problem. My room was not cleaned and i had to ask housekeeping for coffee and soap. The housekeeping person said “the rooms are divided up by staff so i don’t know when she’s gonna clean your room”.

Than you for the feedback and we're very sorry about the alarm. But the truth is they weren't false alarms. The first alarm went off because an unknown guest pulled one of the fire alarm pull station handles which set off the alarm. And the second time, another mystery guest had taken a fire extinguisher and decided to use in the 6th floor guest corridor. It's true and thankful that there wasn't a fire, but the alarm system performed exactly the way it is supposed to and that is what I wanted to explain. I hope you understand and will allow us the chance to serve you again in the future.
