The atmosphere was great. The staff is awesome. But they can work on housekeeping. When i went down stairs to tell them what i needed done they left me a bag of towels near the door. They didn't even do the trash. But other then that the hotel was nice.

The room smelled like Lysol . Disinfect were used throughout .

Absolutely no complaints everything was great!! Our room was comfortable and had a great atmosphere. The restaurant and Starbucks that was inside our hotel was a plus l.

While staying here I called the front desk to let them know my room #237 stunk. It had a mold, sewage smell. The maintenance man cam up 40 minutes later to say he didn’t smell a thing. & couldn’t fix anything if he couldn’t smell what me and my mother smelled. I then said okay fine leave the room but please send up towels so we can shower. We never got towels that night. Woke up in the morning and tried to shower for church. When showering the drain in the shower would not drain. The room had a accessible shower so water was everywhere. When we called the front desk they sent maintenance. Thank goodness it was a different man from the night before. He came up to vacuum up water and clear the drain. It was vacuuming up feces. The smell was horrible and all the clothes in the bathroom were covered. I called downstairs wondering why nobody had tried to check on how we were doing. Luxury hotel right? The housekeeper said let me at least put y’all in another room to shower and not have to smell the feces and sewage. We showered, I went down to talk to “manager” and she said she didn’t know nothing about what was going on a day later.....She also said maybe because it was a handicapped room that it had issues. Little did this professional manager know that my father is handicapped. At this point I just want some courteous treatment. She then told me that I could not be compensated for all my feces covered clothes. Nothing could happen unless I called Orbitz. Horrible experience

This hotel had employees try and steal our laptop. There was no apology and no refund for the horrible service. I will never stay at Hilton again.

Dirty room food not worth it and parkimg for 27 dollars is completely ridiculous

The hotel smelled very dirty and mold our comforter was dirty with stains as well. The carpet had blood marks on it. We weren't advised that parking wasn't free we had to pay 25 per night plus taxes per night. The area isnt the greatest either.

I love the fact that it was close to downtown and very accessible to everywhere. My room was clean. Had a bit of an issue with the toilet seat but they fixed it and the staff was wonderful. I look forward to coming back in the near future

Parking for $25, is crazy! It was not worth $80! If I knew I had to pay additional to pay u wouldn’t stayed there

The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. I did not like the corona virus restrictions though (no room service, no restaurant, no maid service during stay, etc.)

I didn’t like that we couldn’t enter the pool after 10pm

When we arrived we found out that they had everything closed in the hotel. The room was ok after I cleaned it. I wasn’t very pleased when on the way to my room there was a terrible stench in the hallway they fixed the smell after I let someone know.
