Horrible experience. Loved the hotel before Hilton took over. Upon arrival we had no help or valet assistance (they were no where to be found), they placed us in a room on the basement level (for nearly $500/night). After finally getting in touch with management they moved us to the 6th floor in the main building and there was a COCKROACH crawling across the floor in our room. To top it off after requesting a refund multiple times the best they’ve yet to come back with was comping a free night. Horrible. Adult pool nor available during stay. Front desk staff rude. Over priced for what you get. Robes were not comfortable. Room service staff was super. Room service options lack luster at best.
