Excellent breakfast. Clean, great room with comfortable beds.

I loved that I didn't have to park myself, but it was just a bit expensive.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Valet was is easy with no issues. I love how clean the room was as well as the lobby. Riverwalk was walking distance just around the building.

This property is unique because it so close to the Riverwalk, but do not stay here. The entire block is under construction and it is not safe to go outside the hotel alone when it gets dark. It was shockingly disappointing.

Lovely property on the riverwalk. Staff was very nice and easy to work with. Rooms could use a little more care. We were lacking hot water the entire stay. I.E. not just warm, but cold showers. No body wash. Had to request items to wash dishes (we were in a suite). Pool and outdoor decks were closed so not sure you are getting the value of staying on the Riverwalk. You may choose the slightly cheaper Home 2 also in downtown if you want a suite with a kitchenette, which is also closer to the Alamo. Parking is expensive even for those used to valet prices. Plan an additional $50 per night. Overall not quite sure of the value.

Overall our 2 day stay was just “okay”. The reception desk check-in was relatively quick, but the staff wasn’t friendly and rushed us in without any real advisement about the hotel. The room was large, beds were nice. The only main thing was the counter tops had stains on them. Hence weren’t very clean as advertised, Also, since we were there two days no turn in service was offered, have to call in for towels etc.

The property was clean and attractive. Staff was nice and attentive. However, my mom thoroughly checked all the bed sheets and they were not clean. There were hairs and spots on some of them.

The property was very nice, but no housekeeping services. The breakfast was not good although the coffee was great.

The room was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the tv. It would be nice to offer streaming services such as netflix so the guests can sign in and watch.

The room was great. However, the hotel charged 50$ per night for incidentals and 39$ a night for parking. I asked about other parking and the receptionist told me the rate was normal and I probably wouldn’t find any cheaper parking. The next day we found the Houston Parking Garage a couple blocks away and it was free on the weekend. I feel like it was very misleading.

The hotel pretty and clean and in a nice location. It waw convenient fo anyone with kids. But there were a few issues that really made me not want to stay here again. First, fue to covid-19 there was not breakfast included as was advertised when I booked. This was not told to me in advance. You also needed to make an appointment for the pool and gym which you could only enjoy for an hour. As anyone knows who has children this is not an easy task again ibwas not notified of this in advance, but when i finally areived to check in. I would have chose a different hotel if i knew this eas the case. Only then was I given a paper that stated all of these changes along with maid service not being available. The paper stated that we could use any supplies we needed but that there would be no one to clean our room during our stay.again I wish i was laerted of this in advance. All f theae changes defeat the purpose of staying at a hotel. We could have just rented an air b&b for less $ and the same amenities. Lastly, you would thinknthey would be accommodating or even apologetic, but there were a few of the staff bandling things thst were completely rude. I am unable to wear a mask due to a medical reason and I was traated like garbage because of it. I did not feel comfortable or happy during my stay there but rather stressed and irritated.i expected differences with the pandemic going on but I didn't expect that type of experience. We will never go back.

Hi Shannon, I first want to thank you for your review and feedback. I also want to take the time to apologize for some of the mishaps you encountered particularly with our housekeeping department and have addressed to ensure we are taking extra care of our rooms. I have also addressed the hot water issue with our maintenance team. I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience and know how frustrating it is. I assure you this will be resolved. I also wanted to clarify the $50 mentioned. This is something that should be explained in the check in process. The $50 is a incidental hold. For guest using our valet services which the cost is $39 plus tax comes out to $42.22 a night that will come out of that $50 incidental hold. Whatever else is unused will go back automatically to your account within 5-7 business days and if nothing is used, it fully returns back to your account. I am sorry for any inconvenience again.
