PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS | HEATED POOL OCTOBER–APRIL

Step outside into your own private resort-style backyard. This is where many of our guests spend most of their time.

The centerpiece is the heated pool, which is heated from October through April at no additional charge and typically maintained at approximately 88 degrees during the cooler months. It’s perfect for relaxing mornings, afternoon fun, or evening swims when the weather cools down.

Around the pool, you’ll find comfortable loungers, hammocks, and plenty of room to unwind. The covered patio features a 65-inch TV, gas fire-pit table, and bar seating for eight—perfect for watching the game, enjoying drinks, or spending time together.

We recently added a commercial ice machine, so your group will have plenty of ice for drinks and coolers. We also added a swamp cooler to help keep the covered back patio more comfortable during warmer weather.

Guests now have two grills to enjoy: a four-burner gas grill with extra propane and a new Pit Boss pellet grill—perfect for everything from quick family meals to slow-smoked Texas barbecue.

The gazebo’s warm bistro lighting creates an incredible nighttime atmosphere and makes it a favorite spot for photos. Whether you’re relaxing quietly by the pool or gathering with your group for a memorable evening, this backyard was designed to feel like your own private resort.

The bar is fully equipped with an ice maker, wine refrigerator, blenders, bar tools, and elegant glassware—everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite drinks.

“LA CUEVA” — THE ULTIMATE 1,900-SQUARE-FOOT GAME LOUNGE

La Cueva is a fully climate-controlled, 1,900-square-foot entertainment space created specifically for fun, connection, and unforgettable group experiences. This isn’t simply another game room—it’s an entire private entertainment lounge.

This spacious chef’s kitchen was designed to comfortably serve large families and groups. It would be difficult to find another short-term rental that matches the number and quality of appliances, cookware, and kitchen essentials provided here. This is a kitchen where guests can truly cook—not the bare-minimum setup commonly found in vacation rentals.

The kitchen includes:
