The room was great. Everything was clean and everything we needed was provided. Loved the kitchen, the breakfast, and the outdoor areas.
We liked the proximity to Six Flags and the RIM.
Great hotel, great price. Good location and the staff were friendly. Overall liked the stay and will probably stay here again if we come to San Antonio.
We had to be moved to different room at 1AM because a beeping noise was coming from AC. Woke us up. And very annoying. The room we switched to was smaller. Not happy about that.

Our experience was very good. As we arrived and told us our room was not ready, they managed to give us another one right away. Everything we asked for was done easily and even printed some directions as we drove around the city. The only thing they can improve is the breakfast. Other than that, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Relaxing, celebrating my Birthday, the stay at hotel was nice
Not a great one. Stayed for 6 nights and we had to evacuate twice for false fire alarms. In both cases we did not see any effort by staff to let us know that the danger was over once after things were sorted out. Housekeeping needed to be prodded all the while to do the refills.
I live in San Antonio and needed a night out. Resident's Inn was the perfect option and would stay here again in a heart beat. The staff was super friendly and the room was as comfortable as they come. The amenities were just a plus.
We basically stayed in the room to rest from earlier events in the day. Two things I would take time to mention and one of them is the a/c unit being tool loud especially it's location next to the bed, not a very good design and second we had to go to the first floor to get a softdrink where having a vending machine on each floor would be more logical. On a positive note the breakfast exceeded my expectations.
Reserved this hotel due to location to Fiesta Texas and got way more than we bargained for. The RIM is loaded with shops, huge theater, eating establishments, etc. If you love sports, you will love this hotel. Bass Pro Shop and Dicks within a mile!!
The hotel was really nice...the rooms were nice the breakfast was good and it was convenient if ur going to sixflags...its also right around the corner from a shopping center...if i go back to S.A. ill be staying there again
