Great hotel! Very nice style of the hall, nice rooms. Very nice coffee shop! Great location! They have a resort fee which could be used for breakfast-dinner in their restaurant (we were not told about it at check-in, it was the only minus in the whole stay, but they still make it up to us at check out when I told them that we didn’t know). Staff was very friendly!

The hotel looks nice ,the entrance is nice too. But when I was checking in the front desk person recieve a phone call from one of the rooms and they were placing an order, so he was f r ont dexk and room service at the same time. At the end of the call he did apologized and i did accepted but I sure did not like it. I paid top dollars for a excellent service and my first impression was this. I was expecting a great greeting ( my daughter's birthdays) he did not mention. I have not reach the room and they have 2 strike. But when I opened the door and reached the desk there it was a beautiful happy birthday desert. My daughter was so happy that I put those strike on the side. I requester river view and we got partially view. I used to worked on the best hotels in Los Angeles area and thats why I am critic on hotels and restaurants.. We like the decoration of the roo. , hallways, bar I may comback. Have a room service department.

The Hotel is conveniently located right on the riverwalk, just a couple of blocks from the Alamo one direction & Market Square only is a couple of blocks the other direction. It was an easy walk to everywhere, but there were scooters and bikes on every corner. The parking garage was only one block over, and food places were in almost every block. The best experience we had was when we checked in. It was late, we were tired and the young man that registered us was so very kind and helpful. The customer service was above & beyond!
