The room was very spacious and clean. The staff at check-in was super friendly as well! The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because I had to drop my bags off early (prior to check-in time at 4pm) and was told they would be transferred to my room. However, when I returned at 8pm, my bag was still at the front desk. Not a huge deal- everything else was great!

Beautiful room. However, the toilet had issues, no mini fridge or microwave in the room. For this nice of a hotel you would expect those amenities. Also wish there was elevator access from the river up to the lobby of the hotel to make it safer for guests. The best part of the hotel was the valet staff! They were wonderful and very helpful.
