I forgot my charging cable for the APPLE I Pad PRO in Room 327. Called the hotel to inquire if it was turned in. Well, the answer was no. I‘m convinced that the cleaning lady must have kept it. No other explanation if she cleaned the room properly after checking out.

The property was well maintained. This is a great value & we would recommend. Only stayed one night. Staff friendly. Check in & out very simple. Appreciated the extra cleaning for coronavirus & breakfast items provided.

The beds are horribly worn out. We had two queens to choose from: soft and sagging in the middle or hard and sagging in the middle.

The property is "hidden" and back off the main drag, so you don't want to be driving fast as you approach the turnoff street. But once you find it, it truly is a little oasis. The only issue I'd have with the hotel is getting back ON the main drag can be a test of patience, be sure you have plenty. Front desk personnel are very competent, accommodating and knowledgeable and befitting a Hilton establishment. Rooms are well appointed and well maintained. We were staying there picking up our recent Marine graduate and it's no more than 15 minutes from the base.

Overall a great weekend. Loved the late check out .very friendly staff..

I loved the rooms and pool area. Staff seemed less than friendly (but not unfriendly) except the kitchen/wait staff at breakfast, so wonderfully friendly and nice. Great change up from the bartender in the evenings!

Hotel dated, carpet worn, towels worn, bed hard and lumpy, had bed bugs too. Awful stay, wish I could get a refund.

Stay away from this Hotel, it is a literal Roach Motel. A huge Palmetto Bug crawled on me while I was in bed and I obviously complained to the front desk. They proceeded to make light of it and even asked if I just wanted to leave. The staff was a bit more Accomodating in the morning, but apparently this is commonplace at this Hilton establishment. Hilton should be more aware of the very low standards it’s hohe branches are allowing.

Two of us couples made a trip for the week-end. Hotel was OK. Liked the shower and bathroom. Their was a large roach in the bathroom and I also saw another small bug. TV picture was horrible (could not get it off "analog" onto cable). All staff was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. Breakfast at best was mediocre. It was Labor Day weekend so I think the breakfast staff was doing as well as they could with the large amount of people.

air conditioning was being repaired for all general spaces. Once this gets fixes i think this will be a nice hotel.

Quite and comfortable. Very relaxing environment. Courteous staff.

The queen beds were very uncomfortable. Lumpy and sinking in the middle. The staff told me they are replacing the beds

Good place for a short stay. Close to Charleston and major highways.

We had a terrific stay. The staff was amazing and I will definately book a Hilton Garden Inn everytime I need a hotel from now on!!

The hotel was a comfortable location close to MCRD Parris Island. I was there to see my son graduate basic training. It was close to the base and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are not staying on the base for you Marine's graduation.

I've stayed at this location several times. This is the first time I've had issues. Begining with check in, the woman checking me in was fine but her supervisor was continuosly intreupting and trying to distract her with other things. Very unprofessional. The shower door in my room was not installed properly and poured water on to the bathroom floor. Additionally their "adjustable" firmness mattress did not work. The most annoying issue was the road work at night. They block off all access to the hotel along the main street. You have to find a way around back streets that are dark and not well marked to find s single road to take you in the back of the hotel. Hilton should be complaining to anyone in Beaufort government who will listen.

The first room had a very strong mildewy odor. The second room we were promptly given had a mirror that had fallen off the wall causing damage to a lamp and the wall/electrical outlets. The third room was nice, but there was no bathroom fan. We were looking through the in-room brochure about what this hotel had to offer and it stated there was an indoor pool. After we stopped to buy swimming suits while we were out and about, figuring we would enjoy some relaxing pool time due to the cold and rainy weather, we were told that there is not an indoor pool, and the outdoor pool is closed because it was damaged during the hurricane. Disappointing, indeed!!

We were here for Parris Island graduation. Stayed 11/30-12/2. Great comfortable bed. Sofa for extra seating/sleeping if needed. Breakfast is very good. Assigned first floor room because we were early & those were the rooms that were cleaned. Would not get first floor again because it's a hotel that accepts dogs & that's the floor they are on. We had a barking dog next door for 2 nights. When owners were in room dog was quiet. A longer distance from PI than I wished but after hearing some horror stories about a few PI hotels I was grateful we stayed here.

Very nice and clean room. Hotel staff was extremely helpful during my stay. Would definitely stay here again. Good location.

Hotel in midst of renovation. See comments about breakfast below.
