Rooms were old and smelled musty. Needed updating. Air conditioning old and not cooling fantastically.

Have stayed here numerous times. Good price and value. This time found housekeeping not paying attention. Only left one towel set when she knew there were 2 of us. Did not refill coffee every day. When I asked about towels she said they had to wait..I guess hotel not have enough towels and have to wait to get laundered. Its the little things that will make me think before I book again.

Staff very friendly, check in fast and efficient. Overall was a great experience

Non smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. Pillows smelled of smoke.

When I made my reservation I was under the impression that I would receive a room with a king bed and that room would be inside the hotel. I was disappointed to find that the majority of their rooms were exterior rooms and even though I specifically ask for and paid for a king bed, there was not one on the property to be had. I give them points for the clean room. The beds were comfy and everything was in working order in the room. The drink machine was out of order. That was extremely disappointing at midnight. In their defense, the timing of my stay was post flooding and many of the victims were staying in hotels all around the city. I am pleased with Orbitz customer service in trying to find me other arrangements.

The room was not as pictured. There was patches in the ceiling from apparent leaks, previously. The lamp shades were krinkled as though previous guests had smashed them, assuming. The sink would not drain, my husband had to fix it. The tub would not drain either and he had to fix that as well. Upon check in our total for 2 nights was 215.73, which was expected as quoted. After settling in and checking our checking account, there were several charges where we had been charged 2 and 3 times for the room. The clerk stated it was a "ghost charge" and would come off. The next morning, there were even more charges. We met with the hotel manager whom was very appologetic and understood our frustration due to bringing a certain amount of money for shopping that we could not spend and limited our weekend to a minimum. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the cook was very sweet. She can cook a mean omlet. The fitness center was not available 24hrs as stated on the website and the indoor pool was not working either. Overall, we were not impressed and the pictures advertised on the website were far from what the hotel looked like. We can say, we will never lodge there again, but wouldn't mind stopping by for breakfast if in town again.

It's a great hotel. Clean and very hospitable. I love the settings with the restaurant and bar, close to each other. The location makes it accessible to the major road to go anywhere in Baton Rouge.

No complaints just wish the tubs were bigger. Overall I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable with everything.

Our nonsmoking room smelled like stale cigarettes, and there were cigarette ashes on the bed sheets. There were also Dorito crumbs on the floor.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel it's in a nice area. I didn't drive far to eat or shop. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and understanding. It's a beautiful hotel on entering.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. I had a room by the outdoor pool and the kids were really loud for a lot of the night. They were having a blast though. I would recommend requesting a room away from the pool if you need rest.

Great location off interstate 10. Pleasant staff,very clean room First time staying at the Holiday Inn suites will consider other Holiday Inns as I travel.

This hotel did meet my needs for one night .The room was suitable and comfort. The breakfast buffet was inexpensive .

The location of the room was outside the main building in an old section which was far from the main building. However, the beds were comfortable and the room looked clean. But there was no water pressure in shower.

It was a great distance away from campus. Drive in the morning wasn't long, and they have some awesome Burgers at the lobby restaurant for some late night food. Definitely stay again.

I brought my 3 nieces to stay at this hotel & they really enjoyed it. They really enjoyed swimming in the heated indoor/outdoor pool & had fun swimming under the wall. The room was nice & clean, it wasn't very big but was probably standard size. It had a small bathroom, but it had a tub/shower, desk, fridge, & microwave. The breakfast buffet was really good & kids eat free. There is also a restaurant inside the hotel. We are dinner there, the food was ok, the buffet was much better. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a great time & got a good deal on the room. I would recommend this hotel for family getaways!

The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were very spacious. We loved the pools. Altogether this made our getaway great.

Great check in service, Due to recent health problems, they accommodated us to ground level room and compted us two free breakfast coupons. Would recommend stay. Staff was friendly & helpful.

ok but not what i wanted

It's a great hotel. Clean and very hospitable. I love the settings with the restaurant and bar, close to each other. The location makes it accessible to the major road to go anywhere in Baton Rouge.
