Front desk lady was not very helpful...gave us a key to a room that was occupied. What a surprise we all got. Went back down to get corrected. She gave us the completely wrong room...the lady at desk was not nice and had an attitude because she had to correct her mistake. We did have dinner at the restaurant...was veey good and service impeccable. The rest of our day went great...after checking in.

Room was outdated and gross. Shower was locker room filthy and stained. Check out on night 1 of a 2 night stay and they want to fight Hotels.com on issuing a refund. Make sure you are booking the right one and not by the janky Mall of Louisiana!

Do not come here during a game weekend and expect to check in on time. The hotels.com app said 3pm check in. The hotel told me 4 . We got checked in at 6. The excuse was it’s game day. The pool was green.
