Run down, dirty and noisy

An intruder woke us up in the night who damaged hotel property and frightened us. We had to call police. No follow up from hotel at all.

Wouldn’t stay here every again. There is one staff member who was rude during our entire stay. When asked for a towel (bc we only had one in the room) the response was “it’s in the dryer”. She offered to bring one up but never did. Sink had low water pressure, beds were uncomfortable, and smelt of smoke everywhere. Horrible horrible stay.

The hotel and the room were good. However, other guests were sooo obnoxious. They walked up and down the hall and elevator and laughed and were loud until 4am. I couldn’t sleep. What a nightmare.

Convenient and equitable

Bed was comfortable, pillows were lumpy. Carpets smelly. Bath vanity sink had mostly cold water. Bath towels were stained. Bath fan noisy.....TV worked well, but no program schedule was available according to front desk....No breakfast offered, not even coffee. Cigarette butts scattered around entrances...No bulb in floor lamp......Maids were friendly and accommodating....Without a doubt, worst Best Western we have stayed at out of almost 20 in past year....

I have stayed at this hotel for years while traveling to BR for Christmas from Chicago. It was good when it was new and a Best Western, but has gone downhill FAST in the last few years. They have also enacted inflexible policies that make no sense and only want to make this hotel a very "Last Option" ! I arrived after a 12-hour drive at 1:45pm. The parking lot was empty, nothing going on inside and although I'm SURE rooms were available, the desk woman lied and wouldn't even check to see if a room was available and Check-in isn't until 4pm !. I had to sleep in my car and at change of shift, the new desk person advised that the policy is no check in until 4 EVEN if rooms are available... No flexibility

Service desk attendants at night are rude and extremely unprofessional. Phone lines are always messed up, can’t get through to anyone at the facility, phone rings then immediately hangs up. Rooms have water damage and you can hear everything outside walls are paper thin. Good luck trying to cancel a reservation if you can’t get through to anyone. They do not allow late checkouts and to top it off the 1st sign you see states if you smell like marijuana they will call the sherriffs department. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER.

We didn’t have any cable at all ,I thought it supposed to be a home away from home but it was a disaster.Swimming pool wasn’t clean water was green looked like no one swim there in months.Snack machine was empty no snacks wow ,water pressure in sink was literally little too slow.I brought my 2 grandkids to enjoy their selves witch turned out dissatisfied for them as well. This motel sucks period ☹️☹️☹️.

Entry onto property scrapes the front end of car, pot holes , gravel road. Elevator and hall smelled of smoke. Trash can overflow. Lamps rusted, floor had screws in corner behind chairs, no cable only local television. Rooms are very dull and unattractive. This hotel really needs to be converted to a homeless shelter or closed. My concerns were not staff but condition of property. My speculation was that the maids were smoking in the elevator not the guest. It was obvious.

Clean property and room

During this time with all the restrictions due to covid, it is difficult to give truly informed feedback. Suffice it to say, I had no problems with check in or checking out. Parking was OK. Check in is at 3:00, I was there at 2:45 and couldnt get a room because they were still cleaning. Guess that is also a covid thing. So an OK experience overall.

I only stayed for 2 nights. And i think that was enough

Very limited parking spots - could not find parking spots had to park in front of other stores.

I have been staying at this hotel yearly (Christmas visiting parents) since it was newly built and managed by Best Western... It's showing age and/or upkeep isn't what it used to be, but it does the job for my purposes and the pricing is pretty much on par for what you get.
