The atrium was nice, the breakfast was ok but only because they do make omelets to order, the rest was just plain hotel breakfast buffet. The suite was ok, good location with access to restaurants or fast food and shopping should you need it.

Very comfortable beds! Great complimentary breakfast.

The first room next to the pool had the intense smell of chlorine. Couldn’t sleep in it.

Friendly staff, nice suite and very affordable. Noticed that the carpet was stained and need replacing. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Could not rate it as excellent because of the carpet.

The hotel stay was good. Beds comfortable, heating/air condition worked. Only negative, was bathroom cabinet, tubs were old, stained and needing paint job. Overall, the stay was acceptable. Restaurant, bar area could definitle y use some asthetics. Not inviting at all.

I was debating between staying at a newer Holiday Inn Express but I'm very pleased that I booked at this Embassy Suites instead. Every employee was very friendly and my family loved the breakfast! We will definitely be back.

The staff was awesome, clean spacious rooms, and great breakfast. The stay was worth the price. At check in I was greeted at the front desk he found my resevation in no time!! I had one of my daughters friends with us an he even suggested other options to accommodate our needs. Upon check I was ask about my stay and if everything was ok. From the night we checked in to the morning we left both front desk workers were awesome and showed a lot of concern!! However the pool had a lot of little kids that were rough playing and jumping/diving which made me not enjoy myself in the pool because I had to keep my eyes on my kid to make sure she didn't get hit or hurt due to the others roughness!! Other that the swimming disaster I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Was staying over weekend. Hotel had a lot of little league families there. I assume because of the large amount of people, breakfast items were limited. Went to breakfast an hour before finish time in 2 days found most of the choices gone. Swimming pool and hot tub very poor condition. Both need maintenance badly.

Great hotel centralized in Baton Rouge. 20 minutes from Zoo. Close to Bass Pro and Cabelas. Indoor pool definitely a plus during February. Hot breakfast was delicious. Will stay there again when in Baton Rouge

It's all classy and nice. The room arrangement is like a second home where you still have your privacy, even when you have company. Most of the staff are well trained and the customer service at most times was great.

I stayed one night. My room was awesome..I am a clean freak. My room was clean. The layout of the room is very nice. The bed slept so comfortable. The breakfast oh OMG it was fresh, hot just simply delicious. I will stay there again and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Keep up the good work!

Hotel was perfect for a super regional showdown for LSU to go to Omaha. The staff was great. The drinks in the bar were a little expensive but who cares, LSU won and are off to Omaha.

Quiet, friendly staff, gave a good tip for nice lunch .

Everything was great. From the managers reception in the evening to the great breakfast in the morning, everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient. A great stay!!

The hotel itself is an excellent facilaty . The staff with the exception of the front desk were not guest friendly at all. Had a two night stay. Left the hotel the first morning and returned at 6 pm. Housekeeping had not been to the room. Called desk and was told they were making there rounds. At 7:30 pm still no housekeeping. Called desk and was told they would send towels and toiletries up. They never showed and had to go to front desk to get them myself. General contact with all staff including breakfast staff was not friendly. I stay at Embassy Suites in Austin Texas regularly and the atmosphere and attitude toward guest is completely different.....very guest oriented and friendly.

I enjoyed my time here, the cooks were the best, I enjoyed the bartender, the food was great, the only thing the smelt weird the first day and some of the things in the bathroom was peeling but I enjoyed the hotel, will be coming back

Had to run the hot water several minutes to even get tepid water. Requested a wake up call day of departure for 330am. We failed to receive one. Clerk said she apologized because she for got to check the list. If it wasn't for a personal call on our cell phone we would have overslept and miss our plane.

I think this hotel at this time should be discounted. They are going thru major remodeling. All the common areas are very dusty due to the remodeling of their central area.
