You pay what you get, that’s all I can say. There’s AC, microwave, fridge, very minimal breakfast (toast, biscuits, sausages, jams, coffee), the bed is ok, not very good shower and the hair dryer is broken in room 101. None the less it’s convenient and affordable, ok for a short stay!

DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE The room smelled strongly of mold and showed clear signs of moisture damage. This is a health hazard, not a minor issue. I reported it during my stay, yet the hotel later claimed there was “no record” and refused a refund, hiding behind a no-refund policy while renting uninhabitable rooms. Zero accountability. Zero concern for guest health. Do not stay here.

Everything was clean. You will have to pay a $100 deposit for your stay which I don’t think it’s mentioned on the site but if alls well you’ll get the deposit back. Also when it’s late at night they will close the main entrance and only have access to the side entrance. Otherwise its a okay place.

The bathroom had hair on the tub and all over the bathroom floor, the pillows were of poor quality, and we were told that we could not have fresh towels, when we asked, because "housekeeping does that in the morning." It's no wonder this hotel doesn't have a great rating.

Other than shower head broken everything was good. Brought it to the desk clerks attention right after checking in and showed photos of it. Told him it wasnt a big deal right now but needs fixed so i could that a shower the next day and not have to hold it. It was never fixed. They never offered to swap rooms or anything.

LSU trip

The service was really polite, quick to respond if need, clean, close to LSU. It will be back and stay there. Good Price. My only suggestion is to be aware who came late asking for stay, some people got there around 1am really loud and didn’t stop Making noises. And because of that our 1st. Night was terrible. We couldn’t sleep they didn’t stop all night.
