Shares a parking lot with a “gentlemens club” with an abandoned looking brick building across the street. Might be okay if you’re looking for a cheap room passing through town but I would NOT stay here with a family or anything valuable in your vehicle.

very clean place , good location near restaurant's & i10

I love this hotel but they need to fix those fans, they are too loud.

Clean rooms. Rude Indian staff. The hotel is owned by Indians.

Either new or newly renovated. Very clean & quiet.

I love everything about the hotel, for the last 10 visit to baton rouge I booked here and had great and comfortable stay and when we went there each time we nearly get the same rooms 101 through 103 but we arrive later this visit and got room 106, the bed was so painful me and my husband woke up each day hurting in our back and shoulders I hope we never get in another room like that one, that bed was way to hard and uncomfortable

We have had positive experiences with other Americas Best Value Inn. But we had the absolutely worst ever experience at this location, Americas Best Value Inn - Baton Rouge / College Drive. Upon checking in, we started washing up and getting ready for bed. We found a number of small insects on the bed. We know they were insects because they were crawling. To be cautious, we called the front desk immediately. An employee showed up, looked at the insect and immediately claimed it was dust. When we voiced our disagreement, we were called frauds because we already used the bathroom. Later the employee revealed that there was no more room available so if we were not OK with this bed then we we had to leave. We said that we would be leaving. Before doing so, we took a video of one insect to protect us. As we were packing up and leaving, the same employee showed up. Although he was being accusatory and using bad language, he agreed to give us a refund through the website we booked with. He said Expedia, and we promptly corrected him and stated that we booked through Orbitz. We had to stay with a Holiday Inn nearby for the night. We have a receipt to prove this. As of yesterday, we have not received our refund. When Orbitz contacted the hotel on our behalf, the hotel refused to grant us a refund. However, when we contacted them, they claimed they had processed a refund. Needless to say, we trust Orbitz more.

We stayed two nights , the first night I asked for a water bottle because, the vending machine had none. The staff gave me a few water bottles and the next night when I asked another staff person I’m assuming the manager he gave me a total attitude and said the pack they have is half gone , and that they charge 1$ for a water bottle and that they aren’t free. He also stated that no one was to give out free water bottles as I’m supposed to be aware of this! I said I was never told that and it’s not my fault the pack of water is almost gone he looked at me with a attitude and was extremely rude. I also asked for an extra blanklet and I was given an attitude for that as well. I have never been treated with such disrespect in any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in before. The neighbors partied in the rooms next to us and there was hair in the shower how gross! I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel for short stays. Good location by the motorway and close to Baton Rouge city. Near restaurants and shops. All was clean and new.

Great hotel. Skeptical last minute choice that turned out great

Very responsive staff. The hotel is easily accessible on I-10.

I had a sudden need for comfortable accommodations for a few nights at a comfortable price. This was a clean, no-frills, two- story HOTEL (not motor-inn) with some good amenities like free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a refrigerator. Cable TV was also available and breakfast was offered. I was comfortable. The location was good for my ride to pick me up daily.

Nice hotel in Baton Rouge visiting lsu very close to school clean price very reasonable
