easy and welcoming check-in, location was convenient, clean rooms

Hotel is close to restaurants. Very clean and very comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact the rooms didn’t have microwaves. We wanted popcorn but couldn’t eat them.

We arrived at the hotel at 8 at night and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional.

I was double charged for the room. Pool was closed but we wasn’t informed. No microwave in the room. And it had roaches in the stairwell.

We got into town early and asked if we were able to check in at noon and were told they didnt have anything available. We were scheduled to check in at 3pm. Fine, so we go out for food. We make it back to the hotel a little after 4:30ish and our room still wasn't available. It's raining cats and dogs. So we sat in the car for another half hour. Until we got a call saying the room was ready. There were no towels are covers in the room. We had to wait for fresh towls to be washed, we didn't get those until 8pm. Such horrid services.

No early check in. Only 1 person allowed in lobby at a time. Had to have mask just to walk inside. But never had to wear it again. Some employees wore them but not correctly. Pool closed with chain over gate. “Breakfast”was a mini honey bun and apple. No coffee. Elevators had little to no air. Hallway smelled as if people were smoking something other than cigarettes. Found 2 cockroaches in our room after spending the night. No microwave in room. No vending machines. Had to purchase drink from front desk and would not accept cash.

Breakfast was amazing. Love the beds! Super comfortable

It was conveniently located to several leisure options. Good breakfast options and friendly staff.

The hotel is OK. We found roaches in the bathroom. Housekeeping knocked and tried to enter so quickly and woke me up from my dead sleep, my door was locked from the inside so I had to get up to tell her don’t enter. I won’t be back.

As soon I get in to the lobby the smell to public bathroom and the staff was to unfriendly and the clean in the bath was ok the breakfast was bad just to see it 👎👎👎 .I don’t think to back to this one sorry

The location is hard to beat. Check in is very easy.

simple and great. they let me do check-out an hour late when i needed this. :)
