I checked in and was assigned a room, I went to the room and tried to enter the room only to realize the room was already occupied. I am sure I scared the guests who were sleeping, it scared me to realize the room was occupied. No other issues occurred during my stay.

Booked a double bed room online and when we called in transit the clerk told us they only had king rooms left. If someone books a certain size room that was AVAILABLE online, then that room should have been reserved and not given away due to 1stcome 1st served policy, which I saw nowhere on the reservation! Otherwise just put up plain reservations and hope for the best when you get there! If this is Hyatt policy I may not patronize this chain anymore. And that’s a shame too, as my husband is a Hyatt member!

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The checkout worker said you were suppose to send me my receipt but it hasn't been sent yet.

Very accommodating enjoyed the stay. Would recommend others

We stopped to sleep. Hot shower and a great breakfast before getting back on the road.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL, THE FOODS WAS AWESOME, LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHINGS MALL, RESTAURANTS ( THE BEST)

The only problems I had were the toilet running on and off and a small leak in the back front corner of the shower.

Nice hotel. The hotel phone did not work so had to go to the front desk for help.

We loved the layout of the room. Breakfast was great, as well as the staff!

Lobby breakfast eating space is a mess , sticky floors, dirty tables. Integrated with lobby is bad.

The staff was so amazing. They were personable and made you feel comfortable. All members of the staff pitched in to make sure myself and my guests felt welccomed at all times. No request was ever ignored.

I like that breakfast was free. Some people were smoking back of the door. The beds were comfortable.The bathroom look nice.

Nice relaxing stay. Friendly staff, excellent facility for the money, convenient to Baton Rouge sites and to fine restaurants.
