Welcome to the Flamingo House! Newly renovated building in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge close to Old Spanish Town neighborhood, LA State Capital, and much more.
The Space:
*Early check in / late check out is an additional $30, subject to availability*
One queen bed and one full bathroom.
Sofa bed available for an extra 2 guests at additional cost (max occupancy of 4)
Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
Apartment is located on the ground floor of a quadplex. Guests must be able to manage a small flight of stairs into the building.
Guest Access:
The apartment has a wifi enabled keypad. Custom codes for use during your stay will be generated and provided the morning of arrival
