Quiet, comfortable chair and bed, pillows were too thick. Very well decorated, great window coverings and spacious hanging close closet. TV in bathroom mirror was appreciated. Liked isolation and location of the casino. Liked fitness center and location, view. Room not really set up for conducting business. No refrigerator, lack of coffee and cup condiments including replenishments. Sticky substance on desk? Limited dining.
No wifi in the rooms made it impossible to do work. They said it was spotty but it never worked the entire stay.

What I liked about this hotel is the tv in the bathroom mirror, cleanliness and it’s very fancy.
Room was muggy. Took all night to cool down. Room across the hall flooded... Had to listen to staff clean up the mess and couldn’t leave because they were working right outside the room! Asked for a late checkout due to the noise disturbance and flooding... But got charged an extra $30 for it!

Made it feel like I'm at home had a robe and love the veiw 9 had on the 7th floor the veiw of the river was nice plus the tv in the mirror was a nice bounce to the room was not expecting that

The rooftop pool is very nice and I like the view of the river. The only thing I did not like is the service in the restaurants.
