Check in was easy and fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cheerful atmosphere at breakfast and good options. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

If I book a room for 2 nights and put a do not disturb sign on the door I do not want housekeeping in the room at all. My medical shampoo and soap was trashed by housing while cleaning a room no one told them to enter. So I used the hotel soap which messed my skinned up really bad and was unable to wash my hair
The location was good to walk to the Mississippi Riverwalk. There were also coffee shops, restaurant and small grocery store within walking distance. Our room had a fantastic view. There wasn't a free parking option and didn't think we should have to pay to be in outside parking lot. but overall it was a great time.

Front desk was amazing. Told me about restaurants in the area and some places in the area to visit. Hotel was nice and clean.

Breakfast was pretty good. Also, the front desk and the kitchen staff were wonderful. The room had hair on the covers , under the covers , and the tub was flithy like they never get cleaned.
The room was nice. River view with patio. Patio was horribly dirty. Used, dirty cups left on balcony along with a large amount of old cigarettes in large piles on balcony and in chairs.
