Checked in on 9/17/17 and staying 2 weeks until 9/30/17. Rooms are great, Staff is friendly and excellent. Free morning breakfast is plentiful. ( Runs 6-10 a.m. everyday). They also do free food, Beer and Wine Monday-Thursdays in the Lobby. Would highly recommend this Hotel !!
Very nice hotel . Exterior is well maintained, pool is nice and well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient to restaurants and mall. King rooms are large . Suits with 2 queen beds are really large.
Excellent stay at Baton Rouge Hampton Inn. Was very pleased with this new location. Great breakfast, and clean, fresh room. 15 minutes away from LSU, and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel to others
We had a remarkable experience with this Reiger Rd. Hampton Inn for our daughter's wedding!!! Will stay again and again. Staff was helpful, courteous and friendly. The desk folks bent over backwards to assure our stay was enjoyable and trouble free!
Hotel was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was great the staff accomidated our needs, only down fall hot tub wasn't working, water was't hot nor did jets work. Overall we were happy with our stay, would for sure stay again.
Stayed here for some time. Staff were friendly, courteous, professional, helpful. Room and bath was clean, nice size and nice decor. TV and internet were good. Great amenities and location. Definitely great place to stay.
These people are amazing! So friendly and attentive. I believe in giving credit where credit is due..Michelle, Nestor, and Ray(Front Desk). Michelle was so kind and accommodating. Nestor has such a great personality and a smile that will brighten anyone's gray day! Ray was nice and helpful. Ms. Virgis, the breakfast hostess was so sweet and went out of her way to get me what I wanted(cheese for my grits!)
Horrible staff and hotel. Arrived at the hotel and was told to leave because my room wasn't ready and I left for dinner and arrived once again two hours later and the clerk still couldn't tell me if my room was ready or not. She then called several times on a hand held radio and was unable to reach the cleaning crew. I was once again left at the desk until she went up to the room and checked it out. She returned and said it was ready. I arrived at my room and found the temp in the room above 80 degrees and the fridge left open and water dripping on the floor. I then went in the bathroom and found dirt and hair in the bathroom and sheet rock dust around the toilet due to someone ripping of a hanger on the wall. I then went to look at the bed and raised up the sheets and blanket and found once again dirt and black hair on the sheets. I called down to the front desk to report my issues and was told my issues would be left for the maint and cleaning crew. the next morning I went to the front desk and was told by the front desk clerk ...... Our hotel isn't perfect sir!!!! WOW. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and my issues were never addressed or fixed and then everyday I arrived my dirty towels and wash cloths were never picked up. And a/c was set to 78 or 80 degrees. If you are looking for a horrible hotel and staff PLEASE stay here!!!!
The service during check-in was quick and efficient. Check-out consisted of asking to have my bill emailed and it was in my inbox by the time I arrived home. The breakfast area staff were friendly and the area was very clean.
I was in the area to return my daughter to LSU for her Sophomore Year. This hotel was affordable, close to the campus, shopping and food so it was perfect for her and I. The Hampton Inn closer to the campus was a little more expensive so this one was just right for my budget. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Lobby was clean and tidy.
