The bed was worn and I felt like I was going to roll to the middle. The bathroom needed some fresh paint was was looking a little tired. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Needed a little spurcing up.

Stayed four nights for a family vacation and we were very impressed...we were welcomed and given a complete overview of the hotel...the room was on the second floor with a pull out sofa...it was very large and spacious...we apologize to the family underneath when we first arrived...our young son had been in the car for two days...we were so excited about the room...even when we had to be told to keep him from tumbling in the room...they were still gracious and doing their job...no issues...maybe to check the air conditioning to be cleaned...but that’s just minor...everything was clean...breakfast was great! Two very prompt ladies were watching and making sure it was all ready...my son splashed a little in the outdoor pool...one of the pools was like a splash zone and shallow for him to walk...he loved it! Best hotel ever! Thank you!

Checkout time is 12pm and housekeeping started knocking on our door early in the morning (after we had a late check-in and wanted sleep). They tried coming in even though we yelled through the door we were still inside. They kept coming back knocking over and over ignoring the fact we told them not to come back until checkout time 12pm. Nice hotel. Love the bigger television. Water pressure not very good. Housekeeping was SO loud above and next to us there is no way you could sleep through it!! The kiddie pool was unique even though we did not visit the pools I liked the idea for little ones. Also if you are used to nice fluffy Hampton style beds these are NOT those kind. Only thing good for breakfast was the OJ. Was hoping for muffins but did not see any. We did not eat.

Hotel was fine except the highway noise, much louder than I would have expected. Draft under air unit, no coffee maker in room, I asked for one but the next day they didn't replenish coffee or the sugar stir packet you usually get.

Traveled to Baton Rouge prior to winter storm in N Louisiana on the way to Moody Blues concert in New Orleans. Stayed at this property due to its closeness to a friend's home, plus Hilton property. Staff was nice. First room we were assigned was freezing, heater not working. After fooling with thermostat, clerk was to assign a new room. We requested upgrade due to inconvenience, but clerk returned advising an upgrade was not approved. We were given a room that had heat. The pillows were low quality and flattened, providing little support to head and neck. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but not what expected, overcooked salsa omelette, bacon, grilled potatoes, and other continental breakfast items. The breakfast staff was delightful.

The Hampton Inn has always be a favorite for me. The only thing I would suggest is a light weight blanket in addition to the very nice duvet. The duvet was a little heavy for us. Everything else was a very good value and experiemce.

We used the hotel for the Louisiana Marathon. Car would be needed but very close to restaurants and Baton Rogue downtown. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. We drove up from New Orleans airport. We would stay there again.

My wife and I desided to start staying at Hampton again from our previous years experience before cost went up.It seems the budget motels are run buy foreigners and dirty. Sooo we started using Hampton again. If this Rt10 Hampton was our 1st back into the chain we would still be looking.

Very clean facility and super nice staff! Barrett at the front desk is very personable and helpful. Decent exercise area and large breakfast area. Close to I-10, restaurants and a super target. Very pleased with my stay!

We couldn't ask for anymore from a hotel. Facilities, staff, location, breakfast, convenience of location. Every person we met welcomed us, asked about our trip, and were exceedingly polite and friendly. Also, easy access to and from the interstate. All in all a perfect stay.
