Just an average place to stay. Free coffee would be nice in the morning Uber rides to Bourbon Street will cost you $20. Pool area nice. Front desk staff pleasant, not so much for the Bar and Food service! This would not be my first choice next time!

We were very pleased with our stay here. It was very clean and quiet, and the staff were super friendly, always saying hi to us even when they were busy. When we had a problem with our TV, the nice engineer had it fixed within five minutes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient, easy check in and out. Area was seemed to be safe.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Shower had good water pressure. Food options limited, but as expected. Although an older property, the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.

Very friendly staff, and a "boutique" / "Starbucks" type restaurant/counter with good food and actual Starbucks coffee. However, no free coffee nor continental breakfast in the morning. However, I had looked for a hotel with onsite restaurant and this was perfectly acceptable!

It was very close to family that's why we selected it - In addition to that was perfect for us. Very friendly staff that went above and beyond.

Reservations: staff not helpful on phone to confirm our reservations. There was a mixup and had to call back 3 times to straighten it. Hotel fully booked and we had been traveling all day. Breakfast service in Bistro: Coffee ran out and it took ten minutes to get it. Long line of patrons waiting. Around 8AM. I don't think you have enough people working at breakfast. Dinner service in Bistro: EXCELLENT. Food was good and lady in charge was super. Please give her a commendation for good service.

It's a nice hotel with a nice staff. Somehow it just feels like a 4 rather than a 5, but I have nothing negative to say about the place.

Nice and clean room, lobby, and surrounding facility. A safe and nice area to vacation to and still be able to catch an uber to New Orleans And other activities.

This hotel was great! It was my family's first trip to new orleans. The courtyard hotel was convienently located away from bourbon street, however easily accessable by cab or an uber! (About $25 each way) The hotel staff was helpful and let us know the in's and out's of the french quarter. Rooms clean and they have a wonderful terrace to relax with a glass of wine! A true gem of a place

This is our go to hotel in the NOLA area when we are not wanting to stay in the city. It is right off I-10 making it easy to get to anything. It is always clean, parking and wifi are free and the staff has always been friendly.

The service was great - easy check-in and check-out. Nice facility, clean rooms. The only downside was there is no continental breakfast. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars in every category.

The hotel failed to make the wake up call as requested

Hotel staff was kind and friendly. Room was nice . Location was perfect.

Had to make a quick trip to New Orleans for my mom's birthday! Hotel was in a convenient location. Easy access to airport and downtown-yet quiet. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Food service in lobby was good! Rooms were comfortable and clean! Would recommend no problem! Good people!

Overall, We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however, there was an evident differential in treatment due to the fact our reservations were done through a third party. Customer service after a complaint was made ,improved. We spent 166.00 on average per night for four nights and for the hotel front desk representative to express in the presence of others that our reservations through a third party doesn't cover anything because of the rate, was inappropriate. Initially upon arrival we were given four breakfast tickets. Once we went to utilize them the cashier informed us that we could not utilize them. Whether it was a mistake or not on the part of the initial hotel representative, It should have still been honored especially due to the fact that I was already in line and had ordered the food. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my family reunion and the excitment of the Essence Festivities. I would however recommend this hotel to others.

Enjoyed the stays, quiet, comfortable, hidden away. Everything I needed
